Consequences of using quirk to much:
If you stay changed for more than 12 hours at a time you will instantly change back with no warning. (If you were using it as a disguise that would suck)
If you teleport yourself or things too much your body will lose its ability to fight off germs and you will cough up blood until your free of viruses.
