*CRASH*
"Y-Your highness..."
"Shut up! You're telling me you can't find a single trace of Consort Zhao and his son at all?! Not even a single scent!" shouted a furious prince who was well known as Prince Wang Jin Chen.
"W-We low ones a-apologise for our negligence."
"Enough!"
The prince with a swift and furious swipe of his hands pushed all the objects that were laid on top of his wooden table down the ground, creating loud crashing noises echoing throughout the big study room. The noise even travelled as far towards the large palace hall vibrating through the thick golden walls and ceiling.
All you could see was rage clearly evident in the prince's eyes, swirling with many different other emotions like a whirlpool sucking whatever lays upon its path. His face and brows automatically contorted to his current emotion, fiery.
Chen couldn't help but be angry over the fact that his servants lost trace of his son and consort, obviously, they all weren't train good enough since they've easily lost sighting of just two people.
The soldiers and servants who occupied the consort before losing sight of him stood in front of the study table still in their kowtow position, shivering.
That didn't mean they weren't getting punished as they all got the brunt of the prince wrath with items occasionally hitting each one of their faces and bodies quite harshly.
Oh how they all badly wish for their prince to calm down after all they couldn't help but flinch at the occasional pain and bruises that they were getting from the stuff that was hitting them plus with all those expensive items one by one getting thrashed and broken on the floor in front of them, clearly lying utterly unusable and useless, they felt their heart clench in pain.
'Aiya and here lies years worth of salary getting broken like it ain't a big deal, ' they all wept inwardly.
*Knock Knock*
"What is it!"
"Pardon the intrusion, your highness, I found something in Consort Zhao headquarters that will likely explain both the consort and his young highness disappearance, " the soldier bowed on the floor, head lowered in respect with hands cupped together.
"Hmph! Take me to the consort room!"
"Yes your highness."
Standing back up with ease the soldier got ready to escort the prince to the consort room when he was halted to a stop. Looking over he saw the prince looking back towards the others who still kneeled, unmoving from their spot.
"Since this was everyone first mistake this prince will be lenient I won't punish you guys roughly."
Hearing this the soldier and servants immediately want to cheer in joy only when they heard the prince next words they all wanted to vomit a mouthful of blood as their face instantly paled.
"Eunuch Lou!" Prince Chen shouted.
"Yes your highness," immediately an old man appeared to be Eunuch Luo rushed in and kowtowed deeply on the floor.
