I wonder,
Why I ever did everything you said
Without a second thought?
I desired your love so badly,
That I did not care if I had to
Be somebody entirely different.
The thing is,
I gave you the power
To make or break me
And somehow,
You still chose to destroy me
Rather than empower me -
I needed a hero,
Not a villain.
