I referenced a headcanon that another author has made in this part.  The author is:

kjm126316 (used their headcanon of the black demon tar that comes out of EJ's eyes having healing properties, almost as good as Slendy's blood. I know, I'm weird.)

The moment Yuma told Helena they were siblings was a total accident: He was injured and bleeding out in an alleyway, and she was walking home after a killing. She smelled his blood and fear-scent (Warriors Cats reference!) and ran into the alleyway, where he was on the verge of dying.  She hauled him over her shoulder and brought him back to the manor, where Eyeless Jack healed him by giving him a blood transfusion, which was 1 pint used.  He was woozy, so when he looked at Helena and saw her worried face, he literally said, "I'm alright, little sis." to her.  She was very confused.
