Y/N: So Time for the trip to forever fall, should be interesting, wouldn't you say you guys?

Ruby: I don't know, something's up with Jaune. Ever since he's been fraternizing with Cardin he's become ... different.

Pyrrha: Well, I for one don't care what he does. After all I was only trying to help and he just pushed it away, acting all macho.

Y/N: Denying yourself help can be a great inconvenience I should know, if not for Holden when I lost my leg who knows what would've happened.

Forever Fall
Y/n's Pov

I'd never seen Vale this time of year, I'd either been cooped up in my room back home on Patch when I was a kid, or I'd be running bullshit missions for my asshole of a father. Personally the change of scenery is just what the doctor ordered. But that's not all being here with Yang and my friends makes taking Ozpin's offer all the more worth it.

"Yes students the Forest of Forever Fall is a sight to behold. But we're not here to sight see, you've each been asked by Professor Peach to collect enough Red Sap from the trees in the heart of these woods. But be careful, this area is full of Grimm so stay on guard. We'll meet back here at noon."

Goodwitch dismissed us and each went in search of our Red Sap, I noticed that Jaune had been snatched up by Cardin and Pyrrha had a rather pissed off expression adorned on her face, clearly something went down a few nights ago. Just as Holden, Arthur and I were about to leave the group Ruby and her team approached and frankly with everything going on, the hyperactive red-haired girl was exactly what we needed at the moment.

"Hey Y/n, we never really got to catch up after ... well you know, everything that happened that day."

I placed a hand on Ruby's shoulder and gave her a comforting smile, I know what she's been through, losing someone you love and at such a young age can almost kill a person. Ruby's proven how strong she is to me just by continuing to move on.

"We'll catch up when we get back to Beacon alright lil red. But first can someone fill me in on why Jaune is hanging out with the number one assbag in school?"

As I brought up Jaune hanging out with Cardin, Pyrrha walked past and from memory she was never easily pissed off, unless it involved someone close to her.

"Oh don't worry about Jaune, I'm sure he knows EXACTLY what he's doing. If he wants to risk getting kicked out of Beacon then I won't stop him."

Ruby, Yang and I looked on confused as Pyrrha and what remained of team JNPR moved off into the forest to collect their sap, however one thing stuck on my mind and Yang picked up on it almost instantly.

"What's on your mind Y/n?"

I thought back at my time in Mistral and the messages between Lionheart and the person named C.F. and remembered a message that read 'Don't forget those fake transcripts for us in preparation for the Vytal Festival.'

"I think I know what Jaune has done Yang, and why Pyrrha said if he wants to risk getting kicked out of Beacon then that can only mean one thing."

Ruby decided to jump in and I could tell she was concerned, Jaune was one of her first friends here at Beacon and knowing Ruby's caring nature her being concerned was only natural.

"What thing Y/n? What's Jaune done? Why is he at risk of being kicked out of Beacon?"

"Don't worry lil Red, I'll tell you guys later in my dorm. Away from any prying eyes, don't know who could be watching."
