Jenna Korman was a woman stuck in New York City, broken dreams like most of the people that came there. She worked at hidden pie diner, with an awful husband that she wanted to escape.
When she finds out she's pregnant with a kid from someone she had a one night stand with when she was out drunk in a beautiful red dress, her life is suddenly turned upside down.
Especially when she finds out that person is Tony Stark.

okay, so this is pretty basic. it's based off of the musical mainly. if you want a better explanation, google it cause I can't explain it well :/
but instead of her husband getting her knocked up, it's a mystery guy. (Tony Stark)
she has to face Earl, her crappy husband, and lie by telling him it's his. plus, the gynecologist (I think that's what Pomatter was?) thing doesn't happen. she's close with him, but the doctor feels obliged to contact Tony, as he is the father, unbeknownst to him. that is the ONLY part he has, besides you know, being a doctor
that'll create some interesting dynamics, like him trying to convince her to you know, not have the baby. and arguments about like her life and everything
maybe have a cute scene with her teaching him how to make pie?? I dunno, just a random idea
there's a lot of ideas I have for this, and it's a mess right now, but this will be an interesting book. she's gonna still have an affair, but with Tony instead of the Doctor by the way.
when Jenna has the kid, she's gonna end the affair, and it isn't gonna be a happy ending. she's still gonna leave Earl, and everything that happens at the end of waitress.
I want something important to happen in the epilogue that makes it a semi bittersweet ending, so if you want this, PM me about it.
