My Opinions on Danganronpa Ships~ o(≧▽≦)o

~Komanami~

Nagito Komaeda x Chiaki Nanami

FUCK.

YES.

This ship is the reason I breathe. I've survived the anxiety of life™ all thanks to Komanami.

People often confuse this ship for AI Komanami, which honestly annoys me. Bc yes, they are different. Even tho AI!Chiaki has the same name as the real Chiaki, they are very different. AI!Chiaki is an AI. She's not a real human, and was basically just a copy of the real Chiaki- and even tho their personalities are similar, they have differences. (like the fact that AI!Chiaki falls asleep rlly easily but the real Chiaki doesn't)

I don't have anything against AI Komanami (as a matter of fact, I love it), but rn we're talking about the normal Komanami, aka one of the best dr ships to ever exist.

Chiaki was the only person that actually cared about Nagito, and attempted to become his friend. (there's actually a rlly cute scene in utdp where she approaches him and- it's nice ok) And yeah, I know that she was nice to everyone, but that still doesn't change the fact that she genuinly cared about Nagito, even if it was just bc he was her classmate.

And when (spoilers) Chiaki died, he was devastated. Yes, he made it sound like he only cared about the fact that she was their class's hope, but I still think he cared about her as a person.

I could go on forever about how much I love this ship and how pure it is, but I'll just end by saying that Chiaki is one of the people that I actually think could change Nagito and make him feel loved.

Also,, it's rlly cute,,,
