rei is usually pretty sharp-tounged, sarcastic, but she's otherwise pretty nice, and fun to be around. she's smart and cunning, and loves cracking jokes to make people smile. despite her glitch quirk, she's not as insecure about it as she used to be since she's came to u.a, and is also quite the prankster. she's also very innocent. uwu

quirk:
felidae- cat attributes. she is swift, lithe, and can basically do every thing a cat can. she can also shift into any feline of her choice.

discord- this is her glitchy quirk. discord is a quirk where the user can use when it glitches out and teleport, and make loud static in anyone nearbys' ears. the more in use, the more unstable she becomes. her quirk, if she touched someone also causes decay, buildings to crumble, and can drive people mad. to undo this, requires a second touch of the user.

quirk drawbacks:
using her shifting parts of felidae leads to exhaustion, and sometimes, if  she remains in a feline state too long, she refers to a feral state.

while with discord, if she more she over exerts her glitch, the more unstable her body becomes, and the stronger the glitch gets, to the point where it could take over her. her quirk is an unstable one, so she has to learn how to use it wisely, which is why she has the wisp cat beside her. it keeps montior on her quirk, and helps it calm and be easier to control. when she over uses it, her hair turns purple and becomed flowy and seems like its always moving.

quirk origin:
her mother's quirk was orginally feline shifting, into multiple big cats, whilst her fathers quirk is called glitch, because he can make loud static fill his opponents sight and ears and he could glitch out, making him harder to hit.

weak points:
her ears, her temple, and her wisp cat.

special attack and drawback:

it doesnt have a name yet, but when its used, the user glitches out rapidly, and static fills the air. then, the user summons a large glitching huge wisp cat, who lunges at the opponent with sharp claws. this could kill or severely injure the user.
