"Anemia, low blood sugar, blood pressure being too low or too high"Alex says,in a proud voice. "what's the cure? Thomas says. They both look at there feet. I get up and stand next to Thomas "what? I say a bit annoyed.then Jeff says "well there is no cure but you should only pass out about every 4-8 days! WHAT! Me and Thomas say at the same time. "In the book it says sometimes it cures it self" Jeff says,then looks to Alex and "says well we're gonna be getting back"and they then leave the room closing the door shut behind them. I grab Thomas hand he look at me and says "well at least it only every 4-8 days." I let out a small laugh and "says your crazy! " yeah,but I'm your crazy"him and his Cheesy pick up lines.I decide to hop back in bed because,well I want too!Thomas slide back in again and steals MY blanket. I rip it off him and cuddle up next to his side with the blanket wrapped all the way around me.he's so warm. I'm just about to close my eyes when a blaring alarm goes I sit up "what's is that? I say to thomas "it-it's the greenie alarm it goes off when and new greenie comes to the glade" "but I thought a greenie only came once a month."he says,with a confused face. "Are you sure it's not supplies? I say. "No because when the supplies come up there no alarm"we both stand up and headed down the stairs.we end up tripping over each other,and falling most of the ways down the stairs. Careful when going down the stairs" I say as me and Thomas stand up,we chuckle.we head out the door,and straight to the box.I grab thomas hand.newt,and and a bunch of other gladers are already there. Newt then disappears in to the box.we push though and get to the front I gasp.It's a girl passed out I look at newt with a look of confusion,he shrugs. He goes to pick her up and she spring "up THOMAS! She says "Thomas this is it! Then falls back unconscious everyone looks at Thomas.I look at him and ask "who's is she? He shrugs and says "I-i don't know."Newt then says "well she bloody knows who you are! They pick her up and the medjacks take her to the medjack building.I have a bad feeling about this girl I don't know
Why but something seems off . "Nobody goes near the greenie! "except if I say! Newt says don't worry I think I have no intentions to! Then newt calls Thomas over to him. I follow thomas but newt keeps giving me a weird look.so I say to Thomas "I'm gonna go get something to eat see you later" And walk of instead heading for the kitchen,I walk towards the deadheads.I climb to and tree and think "why am I so jealous of a girl who's Unconscious! Just because she said Thomas name,what's wrong with me? I lean my head against the tree and close my eyes,and just think for awhile. After about a hour I slide down and head for the smell of food. I spot chuck and Minho at a table and head that way when I get there I can't help but hear chuck say "did you see the greenie she hot! He says I sit down next to minho and smile and he says "hey where's lover boy? I shrug and say "I guess he's with newt" I say,a bit sad sounding. Chuck looks at me and says "he actually with the greenie." "WHAT! I say I Little bit louder then I meant to. minho looks at me with a grin on his face and says "your jealous Aren't you! "No I'm not! "I don't even know her,I barely even seen her! I say I bit annoyed that they'd accuse me of being jealous! I give minho the evil eye and storm off "Girls. chuck say minho chuckles and says "tell me about it" I wonder around for a while,and then see frypan and walk up to him. "Hey fry how's it going? I say "Oh hey he says "what are you up to? I say "I am just making some rolls" "can I help? I say actually hoping he says yes. "sure. he says a little Hesitant at first. He starts cooking the buns and then I ask "do you have butter? "Yeah there's some in the Fridge" he answers "what about cinnamon?I say "yeah,its in the little cabinet over there"he points with his foot. I grab a stick of butter and start mashing it up. once it's fluffy I go to add the cinnamon then remember,I need to add sugar to the cinnamon"hey fry where's the sugar? "Here he says and walk over,and Brushes up against my arm as he leans up on his tippy toes and grabs it. He hands it to me. "Here you go. he says. I take a few spoonful and mix it and the cinnamon together,then pour it in the butter.Once the buns are done frypan takes them out and says "since we cook them,we better make sure there not poison"I laugh,then I grab one. And take the cinnamon butter and add a generous amount,and hand it to frypan.I take a huge bite. "Oh my gosh" I say with my mouth full that's so good! "Hey I'm gonna go find thomas I'll see you later! "Thank for your help"he says as I'm walking away. I better go talk to thomas I haven't all day and I miss him. I headed for the medjack building and get to the door,I Hesitate at first but then turn the nob and go in.I see thomas and the greenie talking and laughing! He hugs her,and kisses her cheek. I stop eyes wide then turn and run out the door,tears pricking my eyes.
I hear thomas calling my name but don't stop.
