Adam finishes his cigarette and looks at me.
      "We should go. They are probably looking for us." Adam tells me.
      "Fine." I respond getting up and fixing my dress.
Me and Adam get out of Lara's penthouse and go to my uncles. We arrived at it and entered it as all of them looked at us.
      "Where have you been?" Ana asked us.
      "In Lara's penthouse." I say.
      "Well, we have good news." Liam said getting close to us. "Lake is breathing on his own." he says smiling.
      "And we can go to him but, like the last time, only 2 people and not for too long. We already went to him." Christian said.
      "Do you want to come with me?" I ask Adam.
      "Of course." he said taking my hand.
Then we walk twords the room and enter it. It hurt me to see Lara still in life support but, I knew she was going to wake up. We go over to Lake and see that he is breathing on his own.
      "Lake. It's me, Kiera. Now that you are breathing on your own I know you'll wake up soon. Do it quick because Kennedy....she really, really needs you right now." I say looking at him.
      "She's right, Lake." Adam said still holding my hand.
As both me and Adam were looking at him I started to notice that his lips moved.
      "Wait, Adam. Did you saw that?" I asked Adam.
      "What?" he says worried.
Then we noticed that Lake was trying to open his eyes.
      "Dr.Vulture. He's waking up." Adam screams.
After Adam screamed to the doctor Lake opened his eyes and started looking around.
      "Where am I?" Lake asked confused.
      "Oh god, Lake. You're awake." I say.
Then Dr.Vulture comes in the room.
      "So, you woke up." Dr.Vulture says sarcastically.
      "That's how it looks like." Lake said looking at the door.
      "Finally." Liam said coming in the room to hug him.
      "Ohhhh, easy. Don't forget that we have her too. If one of those machines stops she's gone." Dr.Vulture told us.
      "Wait. 'Her'? Who.." Lake says as he looks on his right.
      "It's a long story." I say. "I'm gonna call mom and dad and tell them.
      "Wait. Where's Kennedy? What happened to her?" Lake says looking in the room.
      "You'll see her soon. She's ok." Liam tells Lake.

I get my phone out and call my dad.
      "Dad. Dad. Lake woke up." I tell him.
      "Wait, what?" my dad says excited.
      "He woke up." I scream at him.
      "We are coming." my dad said hanging up the phone.

Then I go to Lake again and see that it's just him and Liam talking.
"Ok. I talked with my parents. They said they are gonna come." I say stay by the door.
"Where's Kennedy?" Lake asks again.
"You'll find out soon." I say.
"What happened to Lara?" Lake asks.
"She got shot. Bad. You will find more." I tell him.
Then we waited for them to come. After a little while I hear the door open and see Kennedy's parents entering the penthouse first then the others. I looked at the door shocked seeing Kennedy entertaining the penthouse.
"Kennedy?" I ask surprised then go and hug her.
"What's going on?" Kennedy ask us.
I looked at her with a smile on my face.
"What the fuck is going on?" she yells.
Then we all looked at her.
"Lake woke up." Christian said.
Her jaw dropped and her eyes started tearing up.
"He...really?" Kennedy says covering her mouth in shock.
"Yeah..." I say starting to tear up.
"Can..can I go see him?" she looked at Crystal.
"Yes, sweetie. You can." Crystal said as Kennedy ran in the hallway then looked at the room and smiled.
We let her go and have her moment with Lake. After some time Kennedy comes out of the room and comes to the living room where we all were.
"Don't talk to me. I don't want him to wait for me." she says walking through the living room going upstairs.
Me and Ana both look at each other at the same time. She then quick comes downstairs.
"Don't talk." Kennedy says running past us, again.
Then I look at Adam who was on my right side.
"Is she okay?" he asks me.
"She really missed Lake." I say looking at Adam.
"Now that Lake is up the situation is more fucked up." Adam says.
"True. I don't know how Lake would react when Kennedy tells him that she is living with that motherfucker." I say.
"I guess we'll find out." he tells me.
After we talk we just stay in the living room.

After a while Kennedy's mom comes up to me.
"Do you want to come with me to see what are they doing?" my aunt asked me.
"Of course." I say getting by my aunts side.
We get to the room and open it.
"Shhh." Lake tells us.
My aunt eyes immediately fill with happiness seeing Kennedy happy, sleeping on Lake.
"Y'all are so cute." I say taking a picture of them.
"She didn't want to leave you alone, didn't she?" My aunt asks Lake.
"I told her to stay." he says looking at Kennedy.
"Oh, you're gonna make me cry, Lake." My aunt says tearing up.
"Goodnight, kids." I say leaving the room.
I get back to the living room and go to my parents.
"Things are getting better." my mom said smiling.
"Well, not really. I mean, I am happy that Lake woke up because Kennedy really needed him but, now what will happen when Lake will find out that Kennedy lives with Lucianno?" I say.
"Sweetheart...." my dad says.
"Anyways, I'm going to sleep. Goodnight." I say hugging my parents.
"We love you." my dad says.
I then walk up to Adam who was waiting for me and starts holding my hands.
"Goodnight." I say at everyone.
"Goodnight." they say.
"Are they going to fuck?" I hear Aidan whispering to Ana.
I turn around and throw them a smirk then exit the penthouse.
We get to the penthouse and right as I enter it get my heals of and go to the bathroom.
"Where are you going?" Adam asks me.
"To take a shower." I say still walking.

As she said that she is going to take a shower the thought of joining crosses my mind. I follow her to the bathroom door.
"Hermosa, mind if I join you?" I say knocking on the door.
I stay there for a little while then she cracked the door open. I could see just half of her. She was just in a towel.
"I'll think about it." she says smirking at me then closing the door.
I then go and change. I simply put some shorts on and wait for her to get out so I can go and take a shower.
After a some time she gets out. She was just in a towel and her hair and body were all wet. I was staring at her as she bends down to find a pijama.
"What?" she says as she noticed that I was staring at her.
"Well..." I say snapping out of my staring session.
Then she finds a pair of pijamas and goes in the bathroom again. After she puts her pijamas on she comes out from the bathroom. I get up, get a pair of new shorts and enter the bathroom. I take a quick shower. I get out and put my shorts on and exit the bathroom. I see that Kiera was with her back facing the bathroom door.
"How was it to take a shower alone?" Kiera turns around.
"Sad and boring." I say grabbing her waist pulling her to me.
"Maybe next time. Who knows." she said smirking.
"Maybe." I say.
I couldn't resist anymore so I started kissing her. She didn't pull back. She started running her finger in my hair. I was pulling her close to me so that there was no longer any air between us. I then throw myself on the bed as she follows me and gets by my side. Then I feel her covering me with the blanket and grabbing me in her hands. She was still running her fingers in my hair, playing with it as she checked the clock on her phone. She gave me a kiss goodnight and we both close our eyes to sleep.
