"Ms. Gamboa."
I halted on my tracks upon hearing my name.
I furrowed my brows.
"This was delivered this morning, ma'am," she explained.
"Galing kanino?"
R,
If I have to go through the traditional way of courting you, I would.
Please just let me.-S
I felt my cheeks heat up.
I cleared my throat and erased the stupid smile plastered on my face.
"T-Thank you," I stammered and immediately turned my back at her, biting the inside of my bottom lip so hard para iwasan ang biglaan ko na lamang pagsigaw sa loob ng building. I might not be able to contain this at pakiramdam ko sobrang haba ng buhok ko.
I can imagine Shed writing this card for me.
Napakarupok mo talaga! I can hear Hillary's voice in my head. I know he's hot and all, pero remember what happened to the moth when it went nearer the light? You should be sure first that he's not gonna burn you alive.
Pagkatapos kasi ng nangyari kagabi, sinermonan niya akong muli, but how can you dictate a beating heart?
I held on the bouquet near to my jubilant heart while I was humming a tune inside my head. Nang makarating ako sa cubicle ko, ramdam ko ang tinginan nila sa akin, but that was the least of my concern.
God, I'm so crazy.
I should at least thank him, right?
I've been visiting our conversation ever since we stopped talking na halos memorize ko na ang huli naming pinag-usapan. Now I'm sure I really miss him.
Thank you sa flowers.
It will only distract me kapag nagreply na siya at kapag hindi naman, I know I'll be disappointed for the rest of the day, and that I can't afford. I need to focus on the pile of paperwork waiting for me.
