"I want to take you out on a date." I turned around to see Ben standing behind me, he had this nervous look on his face but was trying so hard to hide it.
"Excuse me?" he scratch the back of his head
"Erm...I want to take you out on a...errr....date...?" i wanted to laugh
"I don't have time for dates" i turned back to clean my weapons
"Why are you so damn cold" he muttered
"Im Ice, im always cold." he let out a frustrated sigh
"No, you are the most beautiful woman i've ever met, i'm not saying that because of the mate bond" his voice was a mixture of anger and sincerity
"Mate bond" i said teasingly
I like to tease him, i like how he reacts to my cold shoulder, it drives him crazy and it's amusing to me. I don't know why.
"I swear to god woman..." he turned me around to face him
"I'm in love with you and i want to take you out on a date." my heart started beating like crazy
"I dont feel the same way" i said
"One date...if at the end of the date and you still feel that way..." he put his hand on my cheeks
"I will give you up, for good." my heart was going crazy
"One date" my voice came out as a whisper
"One date" he said smiling
Another secret, i am in love with him. I am so in love with him i lie to myself. It started with the mate bond, i don't know what it was like for him but for me, i saw everything. I saw his heart, his soul, i saw everything. Its unexplainable.
"Tonight at 7pm" he said walking out the door
"im screwed..." i turned back to my weapons, cleaning them and trying to ignore my heart pounding in my chest.
After a couple hours cleaning my weapon, i decided i needed to clean myself too. Our date was just an hour away, i got side tracked with cleaning my weapons i didn't even noticed the time. After my shower i started to get ready, i put on a black dress and curled my hair.

"Yeah?" i was putting my shoes on
"It's 7pm" i heard Ben voice outside the door
"Oh shit" i hurriedly ran to the door, my hand on the handle i let out o a breath calming myself then opened the door
