Panty Liners have a few uses:
1: SUPER light flows of blood.
2: Vaginal Discharge.
3: Extra protection for bladder leaks.
4: Protection from leaks along with a tampon or menstrual cup.
I would personally only use panty liners for the very last bit of brown blood in the last day of my period, and for discharge.
Panty liners are basically super thin pads that only absorb a very small amount, and add extra protection. They will not work very well for any other days of your period, and they do not have wings.
(They also make cloth ones that you can buy online too! They are much softer and you just wash them with your other clothes like you would with underwear!)
