When people are on their period, they can experience getting blood clots. They are completely normal! Most people get blood clots anywhere from the size of a pea, to the size of a quarter! It is both normal and necessary to have blood clots. Clotting is the body's mechanism to stop bleeding, like how your blood clots and makes a scab over a cut! Blood clots are just big clumps of blood.
Do blood clots hurt?
No blood clots do not hurt to come out. It may feel really strange though.What do they look like?
They kind of look like Jello. They are red, or brown, and jiggly.
