When All Hell Breaks Loose. (BOTDF+BVB Zombie Apocalypse)

Click, Click, Boom

I fought back tears after the men in suits took Jinxx and Leo away. I've lost so much when this hell first broke out, and now they've taken almost everything I have left. I quickly blinked and turned my attention to Nik, who had fainted a few minutes after she saw Leo. I sighed softly and hugged Nik tighter. A few minutes past, that's when Nik started relaxing. Well, she was either falling asleep or she fainted... Either way, we need to get her up and out of here.

"C-Come on.... We need to go before anymore of those men come back." Dahvie said with his voice cracking and blood shot eyes. Ash and I nodded and stood up, Ash taking Nik into his arms and me walking with Mercy held close to me. All of us sprinted around this labyrinth, opening and running through random rooms... We somehow, magically, found all of our weapons and bags, which was the best fucking thing ever! We also found a way out after a few hours of searching.

"I thought i'd never see the light of day again!" Ash softly chuckled happily.

Dahvie, Mercy, and I smiled softly and sprinted ahead.

"Hey.... What's that?" I asked, squinting my eyes.

"What's what?" Dahvie questioned.

"Holy shit!!! It's a bus!!! We're saved!" I exclaimed, running forward.

Everyone quickly ran after me and stopped as soon as they reached the entrance of the bus.

"See...? Told you." I smirked.

"We have to make sure it works though." Mercy said quietly.

I nodded a little and looked through the glass.

"I'll head in and clear it out.... I'll tell you guys when it's safe to come in OK."

Everyone nodded and pulled out their weapons as I slowly pushed the door to the bus open. It was completely empty, but full of supplies I tilted my head a little and slowly walked through the bus, looking everywhere. The bathroom, bunks, back room, and even under the table, but everything was fine.

"It's clear. Everyone can come in.... Ash, set Nik in the back room and stay there with her, OK?"

He nodded and walked to the back room and closed the door. I sighed a little and fell onto one of the couches. Dahvie and Mercy sat next to me and Shelly sat down on my lap. I wrapped my arms around her waist and gently rested my head on the back of her shoulder. This apocalypse has taken everything i've ever cared for away from me... It took my family, my band members, my girlfriend....

But... All of this isn't TO bad. I mean, i've made great friends, and all of us have gotten so close... It's almost like Dahvie, Nik, Ashley, Shelly, and Mercy are my family now... I'm so grateful to have people like them in my life looking after me just as much as I look after them.

I sighed softly and kissed Mercy's hand, as I pulled back the door in the back of the bus opened up. Mercy, Shelly, and I turned and looked down the hallway to see Nik walking towards us. But she looked nothing like herself, usually she would be smiling and her skin would have this unusual glow to it. But no, she looked empty, to be honest, she looked like she was lifeless. She walked by all three of us without even noticing we were there. It was almost as if we were dust in the wind.

"Dahvie... Pull over here... I need to do something." She whispered softly.

Dahvie tilted his head but nodded and pulled over into a large overgrown field. She pushed open the door and walked off, but she stopped just outside the door.
