Chapter Three: A New Day

After two weeks we finally got cleared from the hospital and can start school today.

I debate on whether to wear my scarf or not, I decided not to because my burns tell a part of my story.

Cobra had to have his eye removed from his burn, luckily for Jellal the burns were just around his eye and didn't affect his sight, Bickslow had a burn that went from his forehead down to his nose and cheeks, and Juvia had burns and a scar from the glass around her leg.

I can talk now but it still hurts a little so I brought my communication notebook just in case.

I walked outside where I met up with my neighbor Romeo.

Romeo went to Magnolia middle school that was also sadly also caught in the fire, but luckily he made it out with a couple cuts and bruises.

I would usually walk with him to school, but Fairy Tail has separate buildings for their high school and middle school, but I walk by the middle school to get to the high school so I will still walk him to school.

We walked to the middle school and I gave him a quick hug before I made my way to the high school.

When I made it to the high school, I saw that it was a fairly large two-story building. I took a deep breath of reassurance and made my way to the office where I saw, Gajeel, Jellal, Cobra, Bickslow, and Juvia.

I was dropping off my sister, Wendy when I caught a glimpse of a beautiful girl with golden blond hair hugging a smaller boy with raven hair.

I shook my head when a car honked at me to move and drove off to Fairy Tail High school.

I parked my red truck next to Mira's car and walked into the cafeteria where all of the students would meet before being dismissed to our lockers and homeroom.
