You arrived back at the Bangtan House with everyone after the nice mini vacation. You were ready to get back to work. In fact, you were eager to work again.
You spent the last day off relaxing with Master Tae watching a movie but could feel some nervousness from him.
"What are you thinking about Master Tae?" You asked. You could feel his anxiety grow when you asked. You wondered what made him feel this way.
"Nothing." He responded. You gave him a skeptical look. "I can tell you have something on your mind."
"I can't hide anything from you anymore, can I?" Master Tae chuckled. You laughed as well. "Nope. You can't."
"I want to ask you a question but I feel like I know the answer already." Master Tae said.
"You won't know 100% if you don't ask me." You said as you cuddled closer to him. You rested your hand on his chest and he rested his chin on your head.
"Trust me. I know the answer but I will ask anyways. I don't want you working anymore. I am not saying for you to leave but I just don't want you to have to work." Master Tae said as he played with your hair.
"You were right. You do know the answer. You know I could never just live here and not work. I couldn't mooch off of everyone like that." You said as you traced circles on his chest with your finger.
"You aren't mooching. You are my girl. What about not working every day then? How about if you work half the week?" Master Tae suggested.
"How about if I work 5 days and have 2 days off." You replied. "I guess it is better than nothing." Master Tae said.
You giggled at his response. You were happy since he seemed more relaxed since your little discussion. You reached up and kissed Master Tae on the cheek before cuddling back with him.
"What would you like to do for the rest of the day?" Master Tae asked when the movie was over. You tried to think of something but you didn't have any ideas. At the same time Master Jungkook and Master Namjoon entered the room.
"We were about to hit up the arcade. Do yall want to join us?" Master Jungkook asked. "Sure sounds like fun." Master Tae replied. The 4 of yall were waiting in the living room while waiting on the others.
"Um. I have a question for you Master Namjoon. When I am with Master Tae, I barely notice or feel anyone's emotions. It is like I don't have my power. When he holds me, I don't feel every emotion like I do when I have physical contact with others. Do you know why that is?" You asked nervously.
"Unfortunately, vampire powers vary from vampire to vampire. For example, I can have a very similar power to yours but still be very different. Also, since you just started to learn about your powers, there may still be aspects of it that you haven't figured out yet. There have been vampires who have tried to understand the powers we obtain and how we obtain them but no one can figure it out 100%. Most of the vampires have given up because of the infinite powers that exist." Master Namjoon explained.
You nodded your head in understanding. While you were happy that the powers didn't give you headaches anymore, you wanted to know everything about them. You sighed in slight frustration. It wasn't too much longer before the other Masters were ready to go.
