Mia pov

we're all looking up at the beanstalk "it's a little freakier than i remember from the story" Emma said I'm walking with Mulan holding her hand "reminds me of death" Mulan said "encouraging" Mommy said "well your compass awaits shall we" Killian said "wait if these beans...create...portals why not just pick one and go home?why the compass" Emma said "because there aren't any more beans whatever story you think you know my dear is most certainly wrong" he said "there was a guy named jack and a cow and something about an evil giant with a treasure and a golden goose...or harp" Emma said "I like snow white and the seven dwarves better" i said Mommy smiled down at me "sounds like a lovely tale but the truth's a little bit more gruesome the giants grew the beans but rather than use them for good they used them to plunder all the lands Jack was a man who fought a terrible war defeating all but one of the evil giants the beans were destroyed by the giants as they died if they couldn't have their magic then nobody could it's really very bad form" Killian said "Evil giants who made magic portal beans?why doesn't anyone just go up and grow some more?" Emma said "because one is still up there right" i asked they all looked at me with surprise "what i listen" i said that is correct young lass one giant survived... the strongest and most terrible of them all and we'll have to get past him to..he said the magic compass Mommy said

"Indeed the treasure remains and amongst it is the compass now it will guide us to your land Cora has the means to open a portal with the wardrobe ashes but she can't find your land without the compass once we get it steal the ashes from her and we're on our way" he said

"how do we know you're not just using us to get the compass for Cora?" Mulan asked "because you five are far safer company all i need is a ride back I'll swear allegiance to whomever gets me there first and lets be honest the little lass over there is growing on me" he said winking at me i smile up at him "then we'd better start climbing" Emma said "Right so...i failed to mention that the giant enchanted the beanstalk to repel intruders" Killian said "All right so how do we get up there" Emma said "I've got a counter spell from Cora if you'd be so kind" he said showing his hands mommy frees him "thank you milady" he said winking at her taking off his fake clothes "told you i like this outfit better" i said to him he smiled at me"I've got one of these Cora was to accompany me so..which one of you lovelies shall take her place? hmm? go on fight it out don't be afraid to you know really get into it"he said "oooh me" i raised my hand "No!" everyone including Killian said i cross my arms and pout i stand next to him

i stand next to Killian "my money is on my sister" i said to him "whose your sister" he asked "Emma" i said his eyes got wide "your on little lass" he said smiling down at me as we watch them argue

"All due respect I'm the best equipped to go how many wars have you been through?" Mulan said "my share" Mommy said" it should be me" Aurora said "you? you haven't fought in battle" Mulan said "this is about us getting home to our loved ones why would you..."Mommy said "because i have no loved ones if i fail you can still go on" Aurora said "it's me I'm going and I'm not gonna fail" Emma said "you're new here" Mommy said "it's about getting back to Henry i don't care what i have to face you're not gonna argue with me?" Emma said "would it do any good" Mommy said" No anything in that bag that's gonna help me with a giant?" Emma said i looked up at Killian "you're good lass what would you like" he said "hmmm how about you just owe me a favor" i said looking at him "deal lass" he said shaking my hand "or hook" we heard Mulan say "hey" Killian said i giggled "Ladies in this world we are slaves to time and ours is running out in other words tick-tock" Killian said "i was hoping it'd be you" he said "just get on with it" Emma said then he puts the bracelet on her and they start to climb

i just keep looking up at the beanstalk then i hear "what is that" Aurora said i turn around to see Mulan drawing in the dirt "keeps the time" Mulan said "you have somewhere to be" Mommy said "we can mark watches take turns sleeping we'll most likely have to walk through the night again so we should rest while we can" Mulan said i don't want to sleep i thought i miss Henry and Daddy my real Daddy "I'll take first shift" Mommy said "I'll stay up with you" Aurora said "Okay" Mulan said walking away i sit Next to mommy "when's the last time you slept?" Mommy asked Aurora "i don't really sleep now not after what I've been through" Aurora said "Sleeping curse" Mommy said "the one time i did sleep i had horrible nightmares" Aurora said "it's a side effect same thing happened to me" Mommy said "it did" Aurora said "mm i had them for months Charming...my husband... he used to wake me when i cried out he'd light a candle he said it would capture the nightmares he'd watch over me as i fell back asleep" mommy said "sounds like he lives up to his name" Aurora said "yeah...um..why don't you try..to sleep I'll watch over you you'll be safe" Mommy said "thank you" Aurora whispers she lays down i keep looking up at the beanstalk "Mia" i look at mommy "why don't you sleep" she said looking at me i shook my head no "I'm not tired" i said still looking at the beanstalk "they'll be fine" Mommy said "how do you know" i asked looking at her" because i have hope" she said "we haven't really got to talk since the curse was broken" she said "about what" i asked i looking up at her "how you feel about this us your family" she said "I'm happy" i said looking at her "but i miss everyone" i said "i know sweetie but we'll see them again" she said "are we they seem so far away" i said "yes we will" mommy said i nodded picking me up and hugging me "everything will be alright i promise" she said but i refused to sleep with out daddy

later i was just walking around the stick since i was bored then i hear mommy shout "whoa wait! what are you doing!" Mommy said "just stay back Emma give me ten hours" Mulan said "No!no!no!" mommy yelled "what you're just going to leave her to die" Aurora said i felt tears welling up in my eyes ten hours she may already be dead Mulan said No St...Aurora said Mulan strikes the beanstalk and a surge of magic is released upward "No!!" mommy yells and charges Mulan tackling her "Stop Stop!" i yelled "this was your daughters wish!" Mulan yelled "i don't care what you say! you do not put my daughter in danger!" Mommy yelled "Stop!" Emma yelled as she jumps down from the bean stalk "Emma!" i ran and hugged her leg she smiled "are you okay" Mommy said "two earthquakes and a jump from a beanstalk i think my brains still rattling around a little" Emma said "i did what she ordered nothing more than that did you get it" Mulan said "yup" Emma said "w..wheres hook" Aurora said "he's detained lets go get your stuff we got ten hours before he follows us" Emma said "what how" Mommy said "i got a friend looking after him till then" Emma said she starts walking away but mommy stops her "you told her to cut it down" mommy asked "yes i couldn't risk.. " Emma said "we go back together all of us" Mommy said "thats the only way do you understand" mommy said sternly "yeah" Emma said we all hug "good now lets go get that dust from Cora" Mommy said "yeah and go home" Emma said

as were walking i just keep thinking about Daddy and Henry i miss everyone i thought as lagged behind "Mia you alright" Mulan said i nodded why do i feel so sweaty i thought but i keep pushing on Mulan took my hand and we started walking again
