Chapitre 24 - Boudeur

Seoul | 2018

Minseo is awake with a major headache, she desperately needs a drink now, she gets off her room, and straight to her kitchen. But then she greeted by Yugyeom.

"You're okay now?"

Minseo is shocked, "Oh my god, you scared me"

Yugyeom is seated in the living room.

Minseo then opens her refrigerator and take a bottle of water. She then leans on the kitchen counter.

Take a deep breath.

"Oppa, I am sorry. I wasn't thinking much, It's just the way it is. I left her like that and I just can't see her properly in the eye after, I hate her and I just don't want you to get hurt"

Yugyeom takes a breath as well. Seeing her vulnerable like this, Yugyeom knows that she hates her sister so much. Last night when Yugyeom took Minseo home, she cried badly, she cried talking about how she regretted that she had to say that to her sister. She talked how struggled it is back then to live without her sister. Of course, Minseo can't remember a thing once she wakes up. 

Yugyeom isn't a heartless man, he is fond of Minseo as well since he knows her long time ago. Yugyeom remembered how hard her life is balancing between college, scholarship and her part-time job. 

"I assumed Minseo. I always assumed why you both had through everything like this, why you resent her so much, you are kind of the opposite of Mina, I think so hard why are you hate her that much"

Yugyeom then looks at her in the eye. 

But Minseo-ya, I love her, and it's not just recently, I love her from the first time I laid my eyes on her. I am sorry about that. I am............."

"Oppa, she's............she........."

Minseo can't talk about it anymore.

"She's not worthy of you, Oppa"

"Minseo-ya, I am so thankful towards you feeling to me, but I am sorry, I love your sister no matter what her past was. I wish that I could explain, but I can't, I just........."

Minseo is now throwing her her face, she don't want to look at him.

Yugyeom then excuse himself and leave her alone.

Minseo cries badly after, she clenching her fist tight.

She hates her sister even more now. 

Somehow Yugyeom regretted his action. He knows that he loves Mina from a long time ago. But to break the bond with Minseo like this is also wrong for him. Minseo's is Yugyeom colleague since years ago, and Yugeyom can't function without her.

Chaeyoung come to the office with a bright mood, she takes the stairs and being a little bit jumpy. She goes directly to the meeting room.

"Good morning"

No one answer.

"Good morning?" Chaeyoung then raise her volume a bit.

Everyone is looking at each other.

"Good morning, director-nim?" Said Chaeryung in confuses mode.

Chaeyoung never greets everyone before. She could just come to the room, and leave the room. It's a little weird when she said 'good morning' to them. Tzuyu also shock at her as well

Mina holds her laughter at Chaeyoung's action.

Chaeyoung starts to lead the meeting. She's reporting the new communication plan and strategy that already been finalized with the client. It's a little weird for them that Chaeyoung using her new tone. Usually, she talked like a robot. But not this time. She's happier and bright.
