Most killers have to be one the run as there are people actively trying the capture or kill them.
They will usually find an unoccupied shack and stay there for a while.
Some will team together for supplies and protection.
Very rarely would two murderers get along well enough to be near each other for more than just survival. Even those who do get along will often fight.
