Luke
The next day, we decided she was well enough to go home. She would definitely be staying off school on Friday but Harry was going to come over instead.
By midday, she was in the car with us on the way home. I sat in the back with her, letting her rest on my shoulder.
"Luke, can I sleep in your bed tonight," she mumbled, holding my arm like a baby.
"Yeah, but sit downstairs tonight because Michael and Calum want to see you," I replied.
She nodded.
We arrived back home and sent her upstairs to shower.
We grabbed pillows and blankets from upstairs and brought them all down. Ashton made us all lunch and I got her clothes to wear after her shower. We chose a few films, making sure everyone had snacks and a drink as well.
If we were staying home we might as well make it nice.
She came downstairs, wearing what I left her with her hair re-braided. She had one sofa to herself while Ashton and I sat on another.
"Get comfy and eat your food, we're gonna watch films the rest of today," Ashton grinned, pulling a cover over himself.
Slowly, she climbed under it and got herself comfy then grabbed her lunch. I put on Harry Potter for us all.
"I've never watched this, is it scary?" she asked.
I chuckled a little and sat down.
"Not really, not this one anyway," I smiled, sending her a thumbs up.
Everyone started eating and no one spoke at all. I've never seen her eat so fast and her food was gone before I could even breathe.
A few hours later, Calum and Michael arrived home. Michael lifted her legs up and sat down, bringing her attention back to the film rather than day dreaming. Calum squished between Ashton and I, stealing my cover.
Bella was quietly talking to Michael but I couldn't tell what she was saying. Especially not when Calum's stomach growled at him.
"Have you eaten today?" Ashton laughed, throwing him the crisps that were beside him.
"Apparently not,"
The later it got, the more tired Ashton and I were getting. We hardly got any rest the past week. Both of us were bouncing off yawns from each other.
"Guys, I know it's only 8:30 but I'm gonna go to bed... it's been a long week already," I announced, standing up. Ashton followed.
We made sure Bella was ok then went to bed.
Bella
Calum sulked because he was lonely.
"Cheer up, if you lay down you can fill the sofa back up," I said.
"I don't wanna lay down," he moaned.
"Then cry about it and use all the tissues to fill up the space, I dunno get creative," I mocked.
Michael smirked but it quickly faded when Calum asked to swap.
"But then I'd be alone, why does it matter that you sit here anyway?" he argued.
"Cos I haven't seen Bella for like a whole day. Move," Calum whined, pulling Michael off the sofa and sitting down- crushing my leg in the process.
"Your big bum is crushing my legs," I stated. He rolled his eyes and pulled my legs onto his lap.
"How are you feeling?"
I shrugged and held my hand out for him to take. I was feeling fine- tired, but fine. My stomach didn't really hurt, everything was just uncomfortable.
"Sorry I made you all leave yesterday," I mumbled, looking away.
"You don't need to apologise, you weren't feeling up to it and you needed to rest so you'd get better," Michael said.
"I know but...,"
"No buts other than my big one thankyou very much," Calum said , squeezing my hand before letting go.
I smiled and flopped my head on the side of her sofa. I dipped in and out the film for about half an hour until I wanted to go to sleep. Luke would be asleep but I didn't want to sleep alone so I planned to go in anyway.
"Guys, can you help me up please... I want to go to sleep," I asked quietly.
Michael came over and they slowly sat me up. I yawned and stretched then pushed myself up. Calum turned the TV off and we all went upstairs, saying goodnight and going to our rooms. I quickly got changed and brushed my teeth then slipped into Luke's room.
I was startled by his snoring. Definitely asleep. I carefully slipped into his bed which caused him to groaned and reach his arm out.
"You ok?" he croaked, reaching his arm out. I shuffled closer to him but I struggled to get comfy. He lightly tilted my body and hugged me, holding me in place.
Of course he'd be able to make it comfortable for me to sleep.
"See you in the morning," he whispered.
