D: Determine.
There is always a large variety of options that you are able to take in any situations. Try to start by thinking of three. For example-
Situation: You see a product you really like, but don't have the money. No shopkeepers are around, and there aren't security cameras..
The options could be along the lines of the following.
"1: Steal" "2: Don't Steal" "3: Get somebody else to steal"
Not saying that many of the options are good. That is simply how the determine part of IDEAL works. If you wanted a better, bullying related example-
"Help Friend" "Help Bully" "Do Nothing" Would also be three options. But don't act on any of these yet until finishing the rest of the chapters!
