You have to decide which option is the very best for you and your colleagues to go with. Don't go by the choice that your heart wants to make (unless the better option is illegal, in which case go by your heart). You have to decide upon one of the determined outcomes from the last chapter through evaluating each one on a scale in your mind. The outcome with the least cons and the most pros is, arguably, the very best choice you can go with.
EXAMPLE:
Option 1-- Option 2--
P; C; P; C;
5 2 4 3
Option 1 is, therefore, the better option to go with.
