"THAT DOUBLE-CROSSING BITCH!"

Madeline stomped into her room, raging like a hurricane, wanting nothing but vengeance. She grabbed the angel costume she had bought for Nora's party and ripped it to shreds. She yanked off the ribbon that held the lace together and snapped the halo in half. She was no angel anymore. And Nora would find that out tomorrow at her party.

She had to leave Nobu discretely, missing out on an amazing dinner. Her eyes kept darting back to the dream couple as she left and she could feel her heart break in half. Speeding recklessly back home, her mind was stormy and she couldn't focus on anything. She probably shouldn't have even been driving. It was no surprise when she found her house empty. Jamal had been avoiding her like the plague. She immediately marched up to her room, slamming her door shut behind her.

"Back-stabbing, attention seeking, tacky little rat," She muttered, focused on tearing her costume. "I'll show her."

"Oh my god, is that Madeline Lockhart?"

  "Holy fuck she looks hot."

"Where did she get that outfit?"

It was cliché but Madeline truly would have felt wrong wearing that damned angel costume. Instead she decided to go the DIY route and, from the looks she was getting, she clearly made the right choice. Clad in a black lace dress, a deep green fur coat and latex boots that were made for walking, Madeline sashayed in. The small witch's hat she had found at the back of her closet was the cherry on top. It was the perfect look for the perfect witch. The perfect bitch.

"Woah! Hot mama, how you doin'?" Dustin whooped, walking up to her. He seemed to be dressed as some generic hero, with UV blocking aviators and a cheap plastic gun that spurted vodka.

"Who are you meant to be?" Madeline laughed.

"I'm a modern day Robin Hood."

"Really? Because it just looks like you grabbed the first costume you found....Did you bring me what I asked for?"

His face suddenly fell and he looked around to see if anyone could hear them. "Yeah, um, I did. It's just that... this is strong enough to knock out a small horse. Whoever takes this is done for the night. Why do you want it?"

"None of your business, bud. Do you have any coke on you? I want that too."

He sighed and slid two bags into her hand. "Here's the coke and here are the pills. I'm only giving you the pills because I want to bone you."
