Chapter2:: dtd 28.02.2019

Arnav was out for a 2days conference in Mumbai. As it happens to be Friday, Arnav offered little Aarush to accompany him to Mumbai. He can take a day off from school and the next 2 days being holidays for Aarush, they might get to do a mini-tour in and around Mumbai.

But Aarush refused to state he has got co-curricular to attend on Saturday.

So Arnav went alone to Mumbai. Aarush went to classes on Friday. Saturday was the day he was waiting for so long.  It's been so long he had planned to raid his dad's old stuff.

I hope to find something about Mom.

He entered the locked room in the farther corner.
Dad had told me it's all his old stuff stored in this room. Good that I stole the key to this room from the locker before Dad left. Come on Aarush get to work.

He entered the room. It indeed had all the old stuff. He went to the cupboard and opened it. He found Arnav's college album, scrapbooks, and much other stuff.

Then he came across an old photograph.

And then some more.

Who is this lady? So many pics with her. Hmmm... Aarush something is fishy here. But whom will I ask about these pics? Mr.Thor? He and Dad were together in college. Maybe he will help me.

Aarush kept the pics aside and continued his search. Then he heard the landline ringing. He quickly took the pics, closed the door, and ran to his room. What if ND finds out about his raid and informs Dad!

He closed his room and locked it. He keenly observed the pics and found copy 1:Arnav and Khushi written one the first pic he found. Oh so her name is Khushi. Nice name. And she looks good too. Seems like dad and this Khushi were pretty close. Is she my mom?

Arnav came back and their life falls into the usual routine.

Days went by and Arush got no other lead on 'Khushi'. First, he thought to ask Mr.Thor about it. Then he decided not to. Yet another reason why Arush named Aman Mathur Thor is that he is so loyal to Arnav. No matter how much harm or damage Arnav causes Aman, Aman will never do a thing against Arnav. So Aman is Mr.Thor and Arnav is Mr.Loki for Arush.  And Love aka Lavanya is pregnant. Little Arush doesn't want to stress his Barbie by including Love in all his detective giri.  Thus Arush left it all in the hands of Little Kanha.

Arush's mornings nowadays begin with him reminding Lord Krishna about the deal he offered. 'Bring him his mom and Kanha can have all his favourite delicacies ND makes for Arush.' Still, Kanha gave no favourable reply.

It was then one of those days Arush got badly bruised in the playground. The teacher in charge took a now crying Arush to the clinic nearby. Between his tears, he strictly warned the teacher to not inform his dad. If necessary, she can tell his DK. The teacher called DK and informed her about Arush and told her the way to the clinic.

But little Arush had no idea that Kanha finally started responding to his prayers.
Arush's cute eyes opened wide when finally he saw the face approaching him in a simple pink salwar and a white doctor coat.
'Khushiii' his lips whispered between his sobs.
