As soon as Fuyao walked in to the banquet hall where she feels the atmosphere is different to other days. Staring straight ahead she sees a stranger walking in. Curious to know who it was she walks a step closer but following the protocol she decides to stand where she is at the top of the steps. She knows standing up here she looks very intimidating and regal but there is nothing she can do as she is the Queen of this kingdom.
The stranger walked up in a very poised manner and as they got closer Fuyao knew this was an unknown male. When he gave her bow she looked at his clothes and realised he must be a prince.
"Your Majesty, I am Xin Zhen, Crown Prince of the Hanyanu Kingdom" as he bowed to her. Fuyao bowed her head as an acknowledgement that he is royalty but she knew that she had to be quick thinking on what he wants with her and she has never heard of his kingdom. She knew one way to get anyone to talk is to provide alcohol. Turning to her right hand maid Hua she asked for extra dinner settings for an unexpectant dinner member.
Once the food was set down Fuyao asked " Crown Prince , what has made you travel to my kingdom?" Xin Zhen gave her a smirk and said " I want to propose a marriage with our kingdoms. The person I want to marry is you the Queen of this Kingdom." Fuyao unexpectedly had just taken a bite of the food and when he said 'Marry' she choked.
Trying to keep her composure she tried to hide the fact she faltered at his words. Fuyao she may not be queen for a long time or grew up in a palace like her cousin but she knew one thing iand that is never show your true feelings even if you are surprised. Xin Zhen kept on smirking like he knew her big secrets. " Your heard my My Queen, I want to marry you" I believe that since your Kingdom is flourishing so well but I do not think a female is capable of doing this. So to help out it will be my honour to marry you."
Fuyao couldn't help but feel outraged. " You have stepped into a kingdom that is not your own and the first thing you do is disrespect the Queen. Me! Second thing you have made it seem like that I was the one to ask you for marriage when it was you who asked. My subjects are my witness as well as Heaven. Thirdly where does it state in the book of kingdoms or how to rule one that says No woman can rule the kingdom even she is not married. This kingdom that you carelessly walked into is always ruled by Females."
Xin Zhen just laughed haughtily " My dear Queen, do think more on my proposal. No one else will marry you." As soon as he said that the palace doors opened with a bang and in walked Zhangsun Wuji with his small smile standing behind him was Zhan Beiye, Yalan Zhu and Zhong Yue. Wuji could help but laugh when he heard Xin's final statement. " I think there are many that will be happy to take your place crown Prince."
Xin Zhen stuttered under his breath " How and why did the Emperor came?" Fuyao looked at her new guests and couldn't help when she saw her team. Stepping around Xin Zhen she ran to hug her friend 'Little Tail.'
All the people in the banquet hall couldn't help but admire Fuyao running in her finery and regal clothes to hug her dear friend. She never faltered and seem to run with such grace that it looked like she was flying into the air.
