With the quad crasher, you can. All you have to do is get a quad crasher, then place a ramp or two or more to your liking. Drive up the ramp(s) and as soon as you reach the edge, boost straight up into the sky. Once the boost is finished, angle your car downwards a little. Boost upwards, and then straighten your car again. If you do this successfully, you'll fly across the map with ease.
