It was the day after receiving her letter and Hady was going to the alley today to buy her school things, not to mention it's her birthday. She woke earlier than normal so she could do her daily routine and get ready before 7am. Her family is gonna have a lovely birthday breakfast before Hady leaves for diagon. She dressed in one of her more casual outfits but still preppy.

She rushed down the stairs to her family. Vernon, who she affectionately calls pops, cought her mid way off the bottom step in a tight hug. He carried her into the dining room where her mom and brother were waiting. They all ate in happy silence before the kids were ushered into the lounge. They sat her in a chair in the corner before handing her their gifts to her. Vernon gave her a new violin care kit, Dudley gave her a new set of earrings and a hug, and Petunia gave her the best gift of all. A brand new violin with a case. The violin was beautiful, black and grey. The case was just as beautiful, it is a vintage brown wood case.

She absolutely loved her gifts and exclaimed so loudly and openly to her family. They excepted her thank with open arms happy to see their girl happy. After cleaning up they said their goodbyes before her cab to charring cross Rd arrived. She left promising to be back before ten. Her cab ride wasn't that long and she left a hefty tip to her driver before entering the dingy old pub known as the The Leaky Cauldron. She made her way past the counter swiftly and out the back to the alley entrance. She pulled her staff out and enlarged it before tapping the pattern on to the wall.
