I intertwined your fingers into mine
And took your innocent soul by it's neck,
My lips gentle on your collarbone
Soft skin and vanilla scent.

I felt your heart
I was so alone,
I wanted to hold it close.

So i dug my fingers
Dug them deep
Watched it rip apart,
As you lay asleep
I sneaked your heart.

I stiched your body
Artistically sewn
Yet, why did i feel so alone?

I watched you laugh
Watched you breath
I knew,
You somehow knew your heart was with me.

You were more than happy to let me have it.
Despite of all my greed and guilt.
Why?
I ask you.
Did you let me have it?
