Better together than alone|| Part 1

About two weeks after the scenario from the last chapter//

It's been hours since Gavin left. He went to get supplies and goods for himself, since he had to 'baby-sit' the Android.
60 on the other hand was laying on one of the stable support beams waiting for him to get back, although his mind would linger to leaving every once in a while.

Gavin had left his backpack filled with personal items on the dusty wooden table beneth where the Android was laying. 60 stared down at the bag, analyzing it and seeing it's condition.
He wasn't quite interested in what was inside at first but then something shiny caught his eye. After jumping down from the beam, he sat down on the chair and rest his chin on the back of it. 60 grabbed the zipper of the bag and tugged on it, opening the bag just a little more.

60 POV~

Gavin made it quite clear before he left that he didn't want me touching any of his belongings and although I'm not afraid of the fragile man I'm afraid of getting shot again and giving the DPD more evidence to where I might be. Speaking of which we can't stay here for to long.

I got a little frustrated from being so 'careful' with his bag so I just unzipped it completely and started searching. The shiny object in his bag was just his badge. For a rather untidy Individual the badge was clean with only one finger print and a small stain on the corner of it.
"I wonder...."
I mumbled a little as I brought the badge to my mouth, taking a lick at the stain.
"Dried coffee...."
It wasn't really surprising to me speaking of the fact that Gavin's breath always smells like coffee.
Letting out a small huff, I tossed the badge to the side and continued to dig through it tossing each thing to the side as I looked.
"Toothbrush, pencils, pens, ..... A rusty ear ring? That's disgusting.... Paperwork, paperwork, paperwork, and....."
My eyes widen and my eyebrows furrowed as a small shade of blue appeared on my cheeks.

"Condoms....for fuck sake Gavin" I groaned tossing the Condoms back in the bag and pushing it to the side of the table. As much as I really enjoyed this time to myself, I was really getting bored well that was before a certain rat man ran through the door and slammed it shut causing me to jump.

"Where the hell have you been, Rat!? And what's all of this about-"
I was cut off from the middle aged man covering my mouth with his hand and pulling me behind a desk in the corner of the room. With his free hand he had a gun pointing at the front door.
"What the fuck is going on!?" I whispered, my glance going to the covered window beside us, where I can hear footsteps in the snow.

"We can't stay here..." Gavin growled as he slowly inched his way to the door, tossing me his extra gun.

"Atta boy Captain obvious, let's see what else you can tell me that I already Fuckin know" I growled as I caught the gun and followed behind him.

He glanced at me with a dark expression. He was obviously biting his tongue from saying something to me which was amusing.

"Seriously, who the fuck is patrolling the house?"

"I don't know. The Android fucker just came out of nowhere and started chasing me. Next thing I knew there were three after my ass" He huffed looking through the peep hole checking to see if any of them was in front.

My eyes widen, it took me a minute to get the words I wanted to say out my mouth. "Excuse me...three?"

His reply was cut off by a gunshot and one of the windows shattering. Both of us ran out the front door, our backs facing one another as we held our guns up high and aiming them at the house and wilderness around us.

"We got one at the right side of the house." Gavin stated.

I glanced Around and found the other two. One up in the trees and another hiding behind one, both armed with sniper rifles.
"There is one to our right behind a tree and another to our left sitting on a branch, both armed with sniper rifles." A small huff leaving my lips as I answered.
