Eyes of a stranger

Do you ever have this feeling

when you look someone in the eye - 

When eyes meet eyes

and between the gazes

there are quiet, quiet words

exchanged between one soul 

and another

Words that can't lie

Silent words that speak universes

And when I walk

the streets I walk everyday

down the sidewalk

and I steal a brief look 

into the eyes of a stranger

passing by

then it's the things his soul said to mine

that make me stop 

for a secod

and imagine what could be if 

it wasn't just our eyes that did the talking.
