Y/n's pov.

It's been two hours and I had a 30 minutes of nap, which helped. Laurence have been asking me to take things for him and which I hate.

" get yourself to eat or anything " he said.

" I'm not hungry " I said.

+

" if you miss your daily meal you'll get some health problems " he said.

+

" sure yeah I will get health problems, oh wait I already have one " I said and lean against the couch I'm on.

" come on, I'll cook you something " he said.

+

" roast your dick, how do I know your not going to poison the food? " I asked as I turn around to him, to see his hands are place on the counter.

" did I leave you dead in that alleyway? " he asked.

" don't think I forget that I tried to assassinate you and your not getting revenge, so go fuck yourself " I said and turn back around sitting with my arms cross.

" fine, if you don't want to eat, why don't you do something then sit there " he said, I scoff.

" then why don't you kill me?, you tried to assassinate me last night didn't you and fail because of the two guys " he said, I scoff.

" I was just dropping by for a drink, plus, I can't assassinate you remember " I said, he hummed in respond.

" you sure you don't want anything to eat? " he asked.

" no " I said in annoyance.

After he said that, the window near the door shattered and two person enter with a mask, one is a guy the other was a girl.

I stood up from my seat.

The girl had jet black hair that is tied into a high ponytail with short bangs, her eyes was hazel. The guy had jet black hair and hazel eyes as well, they're both wearing black clothing.

" they seem pretty easy to handle " the girl said.

" don't underestimate them yet, we still don't know what they're capable of " the guy said.

+

" You know there's a door for you to knock " I said.

+

" who are you? " Laurence asked.

+

" our identity is non of your concerned, what you should be concerned is when will your funeral be " the girl said and charge at me.

My eyes widened and she held out a knife. I dodge her and the knife pass beside my head and I turn doing and arm lock on her arm where she holds the knife while the other guy is fighting Laurence.

+

The girl turn the knife near my face and I hit a weak point on her wrist making her drop the knife, I kick her and hit her stomach since I'm flexible. She backs up as I pick up the knife and turn around.

" what do you want from us? " I asked, she growls and charge at me, she threw a punch and I cut on her shoulder as I dodge, she yelp and I hear the other guy yelp.

I look as see Laurence had a kitchen knife and cut the guy on his stomach. I see the girl was distracted and I charge at her punching on her jaw as she turn, I grab her ponytail and brought the knife to her neck.

" talk, or your throat is slit " I said.

She was about to elbow me when I pull her hair more.

+

" who sent you? " Laurence asked as he got the guy pinned to wall.

+

" if we don't catch you, he'll kill our sister " the girl said.

+

" who?, is he targeting me or Laurence? " I asked.

+

" he asked us to catch you, if we don't our sister will die " the guy said.

+

" guess I underestimated you too early " the girl said and winced as I grip her hair harder.

+

" how do we know your not lying? " Laurence asked, the guy sighed and took of his mask.

" hi Y/n " he said.

+

I close my eyes and took a deep breath and open my eyes.

+

" What. The. Fuck " I let go of the girl's hair as I slowly walk to him.

+

" you know him? " Laurence asked.

+

" fucking. . . . " I held in my anger and push Laurence away grabbing the guy by his collar.

" RYAN ANDERSON!!!! " I scream at his face.

" and Gabriel Anderson " the girl said, I look at her.

" we went to the same collage " I said and let Ryan go.

" well, that's a fail " Gabbie said and took off her mask.

" where's Zaylee? " I asked.

" we told you, she got kidnapped, he'll kill her if we don't lend you to him as a trade " Ryan said.

" okay, who is him? " Laurence asked.

" Texon " Gabbie said, my eyes widened.

" he's still alive " I said, as I back up.

+

" you know him? " Ryan asked.

" Xiao Yu, dial Victor " I said as I click the button on my earpiece and run upstairs to get my jacket.

~ Time Skip ~

We're at the Divine Agency building, I'm in Victor's office with Ryan, Gabbie and Laurence here. I explained everything to him. Garroth and Natalie are in here as well.

" so he's alive after all " Victor said.

+

" what do we do?, we should do something about this, we can't just stand here and do nothing, we need a plan, I'll tell the others about this, maybe they'll can come up with a plan- " I run my hands through my hair and and pace around a Victor grab my shoulder.

" Y/n, calm down " he said.

" you two know him? " Gabbie asked.

+

" what do you think we're doing here?, why did you think I called him?, do you even know what this guy is capable of- "

" Y/n " Victor grabs my shoulder to stop me walking towards Gabbie, I took a deep breath.

" Y/n come on " Natalie said.

+

" I'm fine " I said and exit the office as I speed walk to my office, closing and locking my door.

+

I palm my face and slide down against the door, taking deep breaths and trying to keep calm. This can't be real, he better not be alive. I took off my hand from my face and intertwine them together, leaning it against my forehead. There was tears beginning to form in my eyes and I lifted my head up so the tear won't escape my eyeball. I close my eyes and took another deep breath.

" Y/n, open the door " I hear Natalie from the other side.

" go away " I said, on the edge of crying and my voice just cracked.

+

" Y/n please, we can figure this out " she said.

+

" leave me the fuck alone Natalie " I said in an irritated tone, I hear her sigh.

+

" leave her alone, she needs some space " I hear her twin brother spoke.

+

" we can't just leave her like that Lee, you know it's a big deal for her " Natalie said.

+

" come on, don't make it worse, we don't want to make her more upset, she's already in a sensitive mood " Ash said.

" suficiente " I hear Natalie sigh once more and it was silent after that. (enough)

He's not wrong.

+

This is a big thing for me and sometimes I get carried away, well I always get carried away. They can't do anything about it, he's been in my head as long as I can remember, I will never forget what he did to me for the 7 years of my life in the past, it will never get old. i'm just grateful Victor was there.

I just never thought he would survive that fire after all these years. I stood up from the floor and unlock the door silently and sit on my desk. I switch on my laptop, trying to distract my mind from today's matter. I grab my sketch book and open it to sketch a picture I found, I grab my pencil when my hand landed on a cutter. I stared at it for a full 5 seconds, I pick it up and push the blade out, the sound it made had me triggered in the inside.

I haven't done this in what?, seven months. It's been hard. I pull down my sleeve and place the blade against my wrist, I slowly put pressure on it and drag the blade across my wrist.

Let's just say I made more than one cut.
