EDIT 3 years later in 2022:

Hi guys. I would love to rewrite this story but I will most likely just be editing it a lot (: I'm nervous to do this bc the old comments are great memories and I'm nervous to change or erase something that people were talking about.

Anyway, I will start editing and reposting the chapters soon. If you find any plot holes or are confused about anything, please comment or DM me and I will explain and edit the story if needed.

I am writing this late introduction after writing Chapter 22.

This story was originally called "Paper Crown" (after a song by Alec Benjamin), but I had just changed it to "Citrus Friend." So if you are people commenting on this or any of my other stories about "Paper Crown", then they are speaking of this story.

The title is from the song "Lemon Boy" by Cavetown, which is apparently the Tyrus anthem..?

However, it's reversed in this story. Cyrus is the citrus friend and Tj isn't such a scary basketball guy.
