#92 Freeze the Scene

      This is an exercise to change the anxiety energy within you. You want to take the anxious feelings from a particular situation, then jumble it out the opposite way so it no longer causes stress.

Here's how you do it:
1
) Close your eyes and imagine as clearly as you can, a situation that causes you anxious feelings. Allow the feelings to come as strongly as possible.

2) Now freeze that image except for yourself. Spin the room around you slowly, letting the colors blur and swirl. As the swirling circles around you, it comes to your front where it circles more and more tightly, until is a small ball, still spinning.

3) Take the ball with your hands and change the direction of the spin then pull it into your chest.

4) You can feel the change happening inside you.

5) The ball now comes out of you and spins back into the room. Returning to it's normal self.

6) Now, unfreeze the room and notice the calm.

   This is a powerful technique that can change your anxiety to calm in a certain situation.  I used it once with a musician who found it hard not to smoke when performing in venue with a lot of smokers. 
  This one freezes the situation while you change the energy completely.  What a great way to take a whole  scenario and spin it into calm!
