After stepping into the bathroom, Stiles closed the door behind him and leaned against the door in exasperation. Every mile further increases Stiles' level of desperation and his resources, a.k.a. none, hasn't changed at all. Stiles fears that this may be one of those times where he can't wing his way out of this, those situations never end well.

For a brief moment Stiles considered running away from the brothers and just heading straight to Beacon Hills on his own, but it seemed Sam was determined to see Stiles home and even if Stiles did manage to get past the two huge dudes blocking his only exit, they were hunters and if they caught a whiff of suspicious then they would likely track him and find the last thing he wants them to find. The paper trail of the happenings in Beacon Hills reads like a horror movie and with context, to regular person, it would become a fantasy horror story that makes even less sense. Sam would likely find the paper trail and would fill in the blanks as a hunter and go to Beacon Hills and take action.

Stiles realized they already know a small part of the story from when he told them about the nogitsune and they not only understood what Stiles had gone through but could relate, something no one in Beacon Hills could do. He had been in a mini war within himself trying to constantly remind himself that he can't let his guard down in front of hunters he hardly knows, but the times he forgets is because he sees the difference between when he first met the Argents and these two brothers.

Hunters like Gerard and Kate gave Stiles the impression that the Argents were hunters for the power they feel from a successful hunt and if they save lives it's a bonus and if there are casualties it was necessary. The Argents were also well off and were part of a family commitment, so they stood to gain acceptance and had militaristic training, becoming a soldier that completes the mission no matter the obstacles and if you can't overcome an obstacle and are injured/bitten, you deserved it. For these reasons the Argents as whole, Chris and Allison having been an exception, terrified Stiles.

Sam and Dean however... from the manner in which they treat Stiles and the extent they are going to to make sure Stiles gets home safely and even when they were suspicious of him when they saw his name connected to the nogitsune, how they made sure he got through his panic attack before they asked him to explain and didn't prosecute him after they knew what he had done, all of that told him that they truly prioritize saving people, as many as possible. From what Stiles has seen from the way they dress, eat, pack their gear, and keep all their belongings in their car, there is no glamour from the way they hunt, they don't have any one to please or orders to follow, they give up the traditional lifestyle because they probably feel the responsibility from having the horrifying knowledge and experience that they do to make a difference and save people. It's the same responsibility Stiles felt whenever he had to choose between a regular teenage activity and diving headfirst into a life-threatening situation in the hopes of saving lives.

It was a startling revelation to Stiles that he needed to trust these hunters. Right now there's a good amount of distance between them and Beacon Hills, they can't make rash decisions if it comes to that. The only way in Stile's mind to rid himself of the worry of them finding and "saving" Beacon Hills was to get ahead of it and not let them make assumptions. He had to tell them absolutely everything.

Stiles took a few deep breaths and opened the bathroom door. Dean was leaning against the counter chatting with a waitress who seemed to be very charmed by the hunter, once Stiles came into view Dean stood up straight and excused himself from the waitress. He walked up to Stiles with an easy smile,

"Hey kid, good to go?" Stiles paused a moment and fidgeted with his hands as he answered,

"Actually... before we keep going, there's something you and Sam should know." Dean could see from Stiles' demeanor that something was amiss, he wasn't about discourage any sort of explanation from the kid, "Sure, kid. Want me to call Sam in here and we can hang out here a little longer?". Stiles nodded and asked that Sam bring his laptop along and waited for Dean to step outside to get Sam and the food before he scoped the place for a good spot to do this. He wished there was a more comfortable and private place to do this since it will be a long and crazy story, but this would have to do.

There was a booth toward the back and Stiles took a seat while he tried to organize in his mind how he was going to explain everything while also trying to convince them that everything was good now, at the moment at least. He wanted Sam to have his laptop on him because after telling them everything he's been hiding from them and lying about, they may want to verify parts of the story that are in someway documented on the internet through news reports or police reports, it's what Stiles would do.

Stiles thought back to everyone back home, how he could be violating their trust and endangering their lives by doing this, but Stiles was convinced this is their best shot. He can't underestimate Sam and Dean's research methods and hunting skills and risk everything when he has a chance to take control of the situation right now. Stiles has faith in his judge of character, this decision, and in Sam and Dean. He also prays to god that this doesn't backfire.
