Harold arrived at City Hall and rang the bell until all of the town's people came to the Town Hall. Then Harold picked up a megaphone and made his announcement.
Harold: Alright, all of you people listen to me Good, Okay! You don't have to worry about the mayor and the PAW Patrol.
Mr. Porter: What did you do with them?
Harold: Don't worry, the mayor, Ryder and Katie are trapped in the lookout, and I teleported the PAW Patrol to a place where they'll never find their way back, and since they're gone, no-one is going to stop me, and I Am here to tell you all, that I Am taking over this town.
