She has a skywing as a mom and a seawing as a dad. Father died when the summer palace was destroyed. Mother was put in the arena and killed.

Horizon is on the left. The dragon on the right is just a normal seawing confused at what horizon is. Horizon is female. She has gills. No fire. Her aquatic vocabulary is limited due to not having all the normal parts of a seawing that would allow her to glow. Her wings are abnormally large for a seawing and make it more difficult to swim, but her tail is unhelpful as being to large to fly easily with. She was being raised by her mother until she was 1 year old when most skywings started to notice her color which when she was born has been a very bright red and over time is becoming purple. Queen Scarlet decided to keep Horizon alive and raise her to be part of the arena battles like Peril, she decided against that later in favor of giving Horizon up to Burn for the weirding tower. Mostly due to the fact that Horizon clearly was a bad fighter with no special advantages. Scarlet didn't know who Horizons mother was because Horizon was caught alone. At the time of being separated from her mother Horizons mother had another egg that would give their family a little brother. Horizon has 2 siblings, both are younger than her, she did have to fight several fights in the arena up until she was 3 small quick and distracting she was able to survive. At that time the Dragonets of Destiny were probably 2 or so.
Her brother would have been 2 and their littlest brother would have still been unborn. Yes her brother was born the same year as the Dragnets of Destiny but was not to be born on the brightest night and therefore was not killed like the skywing eggs that were.
Horizon was sent to the weirdling tower when she was 7 so the Dragnets of Destiny would have been 6 and just escaping the cave. Her first brother would be 6 and her little brother would be an egg and Scarlet has her mother killed in the arena after finding out where the hybrids kept appearing from.
Horizons brothers fled to the weirdling tower after Horizon when Dragonets of Destiny arrived at the Sky kingdom.
I need to draw all three of them together then write a book.
