{7. Smells Like Teen Spirit}

Elena is lying on the bleachers and looking at the sky and Stefan arrives and Elena is acting like she'drunk. "I used to know every constellation. How did I forget them all?" She pointed out to Stefan.

"You're drunk. You need to go home." Stefan told her as she gets up. "Fine. Unh. Let me find my car." She said getting up.

"You're joking, right?" Stefan asked her and she looks at him all jokely.
"Uh-oh. It's the fun police. I thought that ripper Stefan was supposed to be the life of the party." Elena joked.

"Well, all right, I'm driving you home. Come on." Stefan implied as Elena climbs over the railing. "What are you, five? Get down." Stefan ordered Elena.

"Why? Are you afraid that I'm going to..." She cuts herself of as she pretends to almost fall.

"Oh. Ha. That was close. Klaus would not be happy with you." Elena told Stefan and looks at him with a fake smile. "You're hilarious."

"Look, Stefan, no hands."  Elena told him as she removes her hands and starts falling back but catches the railing just in time and Stefan is not amused anymore and she laughs but finally falls and she screams but Stefan vamp speeds to her and  catches her.

"I knew you'd catch me." She breaths out as they look at each other and he releases her gently but suddenly two projectiles hit Stefan in the back and he groans and Elena looks over Stefan's shoulder and sees Alaric pointing a vervain dart gun at him and Stefan falls on the ground unconscious and Alaric walks over to Elena.

"You okay?"

"Yeah. I'm...Fine." Elena stutters.

"You look, uh, not sober."

"The plan worked. That's all that matters. Let's just get him out of here." Elena told Alaric as they grab Stefan and they take him to his car. When they arrive Elena

opens Alaric's trunk and he puts Stefan in it and Elena goes in the car and Vicki is smoking and looks at them and she looks at the floor and blows the joint as the car starts to burn and Alaric tried help Elena but he couldn't and Elena coughs because she can't breathe and she turns her head and sees Stefan.

"Stefan!" Elena coughs out as he wakes up just as Elena almost collapses and he breaks the trunk with his feet.

Alaric helps Elena get out. "Hurry up before it blows!" Alaric told her but Elena stops. "Wait! Wait, wait, wait!" She said as she grabs Stefan ans Alaric helps her get him out and they rush away from the car and the car explodes.
