Chapter 20

Saturday
Clare's pov
I woke up to my alarm blaring and yes it was my alarm this time because we have to go back to LA today for the five feet apart premiere I am so excited!!! I got out of bed and decided to jump on demi and nick's bed.

Clare: good morning!
Nick: (opens his eyes) someone's in a good mood today
Clare: we are going to see the movie today!
Demi: (opens her eyes) what time is it?
Clare: seven
Nick: okay let's cuddle for a few minutes and then I'll go next door and wake everyone up
Clare: okay what time is our flight at?
Nick: nine so as long as we leave by eight we should be fine
Clare: okay
(A few minutes of cuddling later)
Nick: I should get up
Demi: okay I am going to jump in the shower
Clare: I am just going to change since we have to shower and get ready later anyway
Nick: okay do me a favor and call room service to bring breakfast
Clare: okay
(Nick gets up and goes next door and Demi walks into the bathroom)
Clare's POV
I leaned over and called the room service person and ordered my dad eggs and bacon with coffee I got demi pancakes and hash browns with a banana smoothie and I decided to get a croissant with some strawberries, while I waited for the food to come I walked over to my suitcase and pulled out some blue sweatpants and a light pink long sleeve shirt and put it on and then made sure I had everything in my suitcase and I sat down on the bed and turned the tv on and a few minutes later dad came back in the room.

Nick: did you order the food?
Clare: yeah I got you eggs and bacon with coffee, demi pancakes and hash browns and me croissant with strawberries
Nick: that's it?
Clare: yeah it's early you know I don't like to eat much this early
Nick: fine but your having a good lunch when we get to LA
Clare: okay
(Demi walks out of the bathroom dressed in a red jumpsuit and nick walks into the bathroom)
A few minutes later
Knock knock (demi opens the door)
Server: room service
Demi: thank you so much you can just set it down there on the table
Server: okay have a great day (sets it on the table)
Demi: you too
(The server walks out of the room and then the girls sit and start eating and nick comes out dressed and sits with them)
Nick: Clare you want half of my eggs?
Clare: no thanks (takes a bite of a croissant)
Nick: okay
Ten minutes later
Clare's pov
We finished eating and grabbed the suitcases and we walked out of the room and saw that uncle Kevin and uncle joe were doing the same thing so we all headed down to the lobby together and sat down while valet went to get the car.

Alena: who else is excited for tonight!
Tina: obviously me! Do you think the whole Riverdale cast is going to be there!
Clare: I hope I really want to meet them especially Lilli
Alena: me too! But I also want to meet Dylan because then my childhood would be complete
Clare: haha same
Dani: come on girls the car is here
Girls: okay
(They walk to the car and sit in the back and head to the airport)
Clare's POV
We got to the airport at eight twenty so just in time we went through security and then it was time to board the plane.

Kevin: I suggest you guys sleep it's going to be a long day
Alena: don't have to tell me twice (Lays her head against the window)
Tina: me too (lays on Alena's shoulder)
Clare: I might as well too (lays her head on Tina's shoulder and closes her eyes)
Nick: aww look at our girls they look so peaceful
Kevin: they look younger too
Joe: yeah to bad they turn into monsters when they wake up (laughs)
Sophia: joe!
Joe: what you know it's true
Kevin: haha very funny
Nick: I can't wait till you and Sofia have kids
Joe: that won't be till we are officially married and even then we want to enjoy some time without kids
Sophia: well clock's ticking joe I am not getting any younger
Dani: speaking of babies
Demi: are you pregnant?
Dani: no not yet
Demi: yet, does that meant you want another one?
Kevin: we want to try for a boy
Nick: good luck
Joe: yeah hopefully this time you'll have one but regardless your going to love it anyway
Kevin: yeah of course and maybe I am destined to have three princesses
Sophia: what about you demi? Do you want to have a baby soon?
Demi: I don't know maybe
Nick: yeah sometime in the near future i would like too but I also want Clare to be okay with it
Joe: she's fifteen, she should be fine if you guys want another kid
Nick: I know but still
A couple hours later
Kevin: let's wake the girls since we are landing soon
Joe: okay
(Kevin lightly shakes the girls)
Clare: hmm
Nick: we are landing soon
Clare: okay (sits up and rubs her eyes)
Alena: are we there yet?
Clare: almost
Tina: (opens her eyes) I am up
Joe: good because it looks like we are landing right now...
(The plane lands and they grab their stuff and rent an Uber)
Clare's pov
We officially landed in California at one and then we had to take an Uber to the house which we finally got to around two and we have to be at the red carpet by eight so that leaves us six hours to get ready.

Demi: alright I made us girls an appointment at the salon to get our hair and nails done at three so we have an hour to settle in
Clare: well I am going to take a shower because we aren't going to have time when we get back
Demi: okay
Alena: can we shower in the guest rooms?
Demi: of course there's a bathroom in every room so just pick one
Tina: okay
(The girls walk upstairs and the adults stay down unpacking the car)
Clare's POV
I jumped in the shower and washed my hair and my body and got out and changed into a plain t shirt and shorts since we are just going to the salon. When I was ready I walked downstairs to see the girls already downstairs too.

Nick: while you girls go do your hair the boys and I need to go to the barber to for a little trim
Demi: okay so we'll meet back here
Nick: okay
Dani: it's two forty we should get going
Kevin: not before giving me a goodbye kiss
(The wives kiss their husbands and then get in the car and head to the salon)
At the salon
Clare: hey demi how do you think dad would feel if I got blond highlights?
Demi: I think he'd be okay with it since it's nothing crazy
Hair stylist: how about a balage (shows a pic of the hair style)
Clare: I love it! And can we cut it to shoulder height too?
Hair stylist: I don't see why not your hair could use a trim too
Demi: fine by me go for it
Clare: thanks demi
Dani: what about you girls what are you thinking?
Alena: I just want a simple half up half down bun in curls please
Tina: mom can I do purple highlights!
Dani: I don't think so honey your still young for high lights
Tina: please mommy just for tonight? And if dad freaks we'll take it off tomorrow
Dani: hmm okay fine but just for tonight
Tina: yay!!
Sophia: I just want to touch up on my roots and straighten it
Hair stylist: okay
Clare's pov
Two hours later we were all done with our hair and nails and I absolutely loved it!! I love my short hair look and I love how the color came out it's super cute. Demi decided to keep her black hair and just curled it, Dani went with half up half down with curls and Sophia braided it. We finally got back to the house at five and now we officially have two hours to get ready for the premier! My cousins and I went up to my room to do get dressed and do our makeup.

Clare: okay what should we wear (opens her closet)
Tina: I think we should all do the one shoulder dress
Clare: okay I have five different colors pick but I am choosing red (pulls it out)
Alena: I like the black one
Tina: should I get purple to match the highlights?
Clare: no that would be too much purple but I think the yellow one would look nice on you (shows it to her)
Tina: I love it and I love the length too
Clare: me too I love the length it's not too conservative but it's not too short either but I also like the tightness of the dress
Alena: yeah I was just about to say that
Clare: okay so now that we have what we are going to wear let's pull out all my makeup stuff (walks over to her vanity and takes out foundation, concealer, contour, bronzer, blush, eye shadow palettes and brushes along with three medium sized mirrors)
Alena: I had no idea you had so much makeup
Clare: that's because I only save it for events like this (grabs a beauty blender and starts putting foundation on)
One hour later
Clare's pov
Our make up is officially done since I am wearing red I thought I would do a red glitter Smokey eye with some red lip stick, Alena did a basic Smokey eye with rose gold lip stick and Alena went with a yellow Smokey eye look with nude colored lip stick and we got dressed and went downstairs to see everyone was still getting ready so we turned the tv on and started watching Brent Rivera YouTube videos.

A couple videos later
Nick: you girls ready to go?
Girls: yeah
Nick: alright let's go
(They leave the house and get in the rented limo)
Joe: we haven't eaten since breakfast do we have time to stop somewhere?
Kevin: McDonald's
Joe: yeah that's fine
Nick: alright (asks the limo driver to stop at McDonald's)
Joe: has someone talked to Cole yet?
Nick: yeah I texted him and he said to call when we get there so we can go backstage before red carpet
Everyone: okay
Clare's pov
We got to the premiere and the security guard led us backstage to where the cast of five feet apart was and I reminded myself that I have met Cole and I am not going to go star struck again but no promises about Dylan haha.

Cole: hey guys so glad you could make it (Walks up and hugs everyone)
Nick: thanks for having us come
Cole: well us Disney kids need to stick together right (laughs)
Dylan: that's right
Joe: well if it isn't the master behind the pranks (shakes hand)
Dylan: if I remember correctly you were also a prankster yourself
Joe: well let's see if the student has become the master
Dylan: name the time and place and we might just have a prank war
Cole: alright alright you two settle down
Dylan: (looks at the girls) and you must be Clare, Alena and Valentina
Valentina: yeah it's so nice to meet you
Dylan: aww your too sweet (hugs each of them and then the Riverdale Cast walks in)
Cole: guys I want you to meet my girl friend lilli and the case of Riverdale
Clare: omg I can't believe we are finally meeting you guys!!!
Nick: Clare settle down
Camila: aww it's okay I would be lying if I say I am not star struck myself
Kevin: Jonas Brothers fan?
Camila: are you kidding? Of course I was I swore I was going to marry joe someday (laughs)
Joe: aww that's so cute
Sophia: I am sure all their fans swore they were going to marry one of these guys
Cole's manager: alright let's get on the carpet shall we?
Cole: where's Haley? We should wait for her
(Haley walks in)
Haley: I am right here, just wanted to touch up my makeup, oh my gosh your the Jonas Brothers!
Kevin: haha I take it your a fan
Haley: I love you guys! Cole didn't tell me you were coming
Cole: surprise
Manager: alright now we really should start the carpet let's get the cast of five feet apart to walk out first, then Riverdale, and followed by everyone else who's walking the carpet
Cole: okay
(They start walking the carpet, answering interviews, posing for pictures)
Clare's pov
When we were done walking the carpet we were escorted inside the theatre and I spotted the Jane the virgin cast which makes sense since Justin directed this movie I looked over at them and then looked over at my dad and uncles.

Clare: hey guys is it okay if we go meet the cast of Jane the virgin before the movie starts?
Nick: yeah sure you girls go meet whoever you want just come back so we can sit together
Alena: okay!
(They walk over to the cast)
Tina: hi I am really sorry if you guys are busy but my sister and cousin and I really wanted to meet you
Gina: of course it's okay! Thank you so much for watching the show, your the daughters of the Jonas Brothers right?
Clare: yeah I am Clare and this is Alena and Valentina
Gina: aww you guys are adorable do you want a picture?
Clare: yes please!
(They take the picture and started to walk back)
Clare: oh my god guys
Alena: what?
Clare: cole's taking a picture with Brent Rivera!
Tina: no way shut up! He's here!!
Clare: yeah like right across from us!
Tina: we have to go over there
Clare: what if they are busy talking? I don't want to be rude
Alena: (pulls her hand) let's go lover girl (they walk over to where they are)
Cole: hey girls this is my friend Brent
Clare: h h h
Alena: excuse her she's a little star struck at the moment
Brent: aww that's okay! Your Clare right?
Clare: y yeah and your B Brent
Brent: do me a favor Clare take a deep breath (hugs her)
Clare: (calms down) oh my gosh I am so sorry that was so embarrassing
Brent: haha it's okay don't worry about it your Clare Jonas right?
Clare: yeah and these are my cousins Alena and Valentina
Brent: it's nice to meet you girls
Cole: well I should go meet some more people but I'll catch up with you guys later
Them: okay
Brent: do you want a picture?
Clare: yes please
(They take a picture and Eva walks over)
Tina: so the rumors are true you guys are a couple!
Eva: haha shh we are keeping it on the DL
Alena: no worries secret's Safe with us
Brent: I think the movie's about to start do you want to sit with us?
Tina: we would love too but we need to ask our dad's first
Eva: you mean the Jonas Brothers!
Clare: haha yeah you want to meet them?
Eva: yes!
Tina: okay let's go find them
(They walk over to where they are standing and talking to some friends)
Clare: dad there's some people we want you to meet
Nick: okay
Alena: this is Brent and Eva
Joe: you guys are the youtubers right?
Eva: you know about us?
Nick: yeah the girls watch you two all the time
Clare: (mumbles) dad
Nick: what? It's true
Tina: anyways Eva wanted to meet you guys
Kevin: cool do you want to take a picture? And maybe sit with us for the movie?
Eva: yeah sure
Brent: okay
Clare's pov
They took the picture and it was time for the movie to start and can I just say what a beautiful movie we cried and at the end of it there was not a dry tear in the theater we all stood up and clapped and the cast took a bow.

Brent: it was really cool meeting you guys
Them: you too
Eva: if you guys don't mind we would love for the girls to be in a YouTube video sometime
Nick: I don't see why not, do you want to?
Clare: do you even have to ask!
Brent: great we'll give you our numbers and we can set something up
Alena: okay!
(They exchange numbers)
Eva: how long are you in LA for?
Kevin: just until Monday and then we go back on tour
Brent: okay maybe tomorrow If your not doing anything?
Clare: we are totally free
Eva: great we'll text you then
Alena: okay goodnight guys
(They hug Brent and Eva and then leave the theatre)
Clare's pov
We left the theatre and went backstage to say bye and congratulate the cast on an amazing job and got back in the car and started the drive home.

Tina: I still can't believe that just happened
Clare: me either
Alena: you were totally star struck (laughs)
Clare: it was not that bad
Tina: are you kidding you couldn't even form a sentence
Joe: when?
Alena: meeting Brent
Nick: oh yeah how did you guys see them?
Tina: he was talking to Cole and we just walked over
Kevin: cool
Clare: so your really cool with us doing a YouTube video with them?
Nick: yeah
Clare: thanks dad
Alena: yeah thank's dad!
Kevin: your welcome, who knows maybe we'll even have you watch them one night so we can go out
Tina: haha very funny
Clare's pov
The rest of the car ride we talked and laughed and we finally got home around two in the morning, I pulled out the air mattress so Alena and Tina can sleep in my room and once we took the makeup off and put our pajama's on we went right to sleep.
