Thursday
"This just in Clare Jonas has a panic attack at the frozen two premiere last night where she was joined with her mom and selena's younger sister Gracie, Clare walked out on the carpet and a few minutes later was seen breathing heavy and was about to collapse before her mother picked her up and took her away from the scene, what do you think caused her to faint? Does it have to do with why she hasn't been around social media or why she was in the hospital? Leave us your thoughts on our social media page"
(Kevin grabs the remote and turns the Tv off while the rest of the adults sit around the table along with Alena, Tina and Clare is upstairs still sleeping)
Joe: you know the press is going to have a field day with this right?
Kevin: yeah Phil was already calling me to find out what happened
Nick: what did you tell him?
Kevin: I told him that she had an anxiety attack because it was the first time back in public and we had no idea how she was going to react
Dani: you kept it short but straight to the point that's good
Kevin: yeah well I wasn't going to get into so much detail when it's not my place to talk about it
Nick: I appreciate that
Demi: did you call Kelly yet?
Nick: no I am going to go do that now actually (grabs his phone and dials Kelly's number)
Phone convo
Kelly: hello this is Kelly from the children's therapist center how may I help you
Nick: hi Kelly it's Nick Jonas I am Clare's dad
Kelly: of course I know who you are mr. Jonas how can I help you?
Nick: well I understand that your very busy but is there any possibility that you have an opening for Clare to come in today?
Kelly: I am pretty booked in the afternoon but I have an opening in an hour would you be able to make it?
Nick: yeah that's perfectly fine thank you Kelly
Kelly: no problem I'll just write down your name and I'll see you in an hour
Nick: okay thank you good bye
Kelly: good bye

(Nick then dials Selena's number)

?: hey nick what's up?
Nick: oh hey Justin is Selena around?
Justin: she's still sleeping is everything okay?
Nick: yeah I just wanted to tell her that I scheduled Clare to see Kelly in an hour so I was wondering if you guys wanted to come
Justin: yeah sure I know we were supposed to be picking up Clare anyway today because my family's coming over for a barbecue later
Nick: okay that's fine I'll tell her to pack, are you guys still planning on going to Brazil?
Justin: yeah I think so unless the therapist doesn't think it's a good idea
Nick: I think it should be fine, there might be some paparazzi but it's not going to be like a carpet you get me?
Justin: yeah, anyways I am going to get Sel up and then we'll meet you at the office
Nick: alright sounds good
Justin: later

Nick: I should get Clare up we only have an hour and she still needs to pack
Demi: good idea I'll start making breakfast
Dani: I'll help
Joe: I have to go pick up Sophie from the airport she gets back today (smiles)
Alena: can Tina and I go with you?
Joe: yeah sure
Kevin: before you go let's wait for Clare to come down because we want everyone to be here when we make the announcement
Tina: have you chosen the new house!?
Alena: omg which one is it?!
Dani: (Laughs) yes we have chosen but we want everyone to be here for it
Nick: well then I better get Clare up fast, wish me luck
Alena: good luck!
(Nick walks upstairs to his and Demi's room and lightly shakes Clare on the shoulder)
Clare: hmm
Nick: come on Clare time to wake up
Clare: (whines) whyyy
Nick: because you have to pack and you have an appointment with Kelly
Clare: (whines and pulls the sheets over her head) nooo
Nick: come on Clare we don't have time for this get up now
Clare: (pulls the sheets off her head and looks at him) ugh fine
Nick: thank you now get up, get dressed, pack and come downstairs
Clare: fineee (gets off the bed and walks to her room and nick goes downstairs)
Clare's pov
I really really despise going to Kelly's but I know that if I purposely took my time and "accidentally" missed the appointment dad would kill me... wait a minute that's not a bad idea, I'll take a shower to kill time and then I'll pack and by the time I am ready it'll be to late and boom I'll miss the appointment! Why didn't I think of that earlier, oh wait I just did! Okay so first things first shower so I walked over to my bathroom and grabbed a towel and jumped into the shower and washed myself but I took my time with it and then wrapped myself in the towel and walked to my room and opened my closet and decided to put on a long sleeve low cut shirt with a jean skirt and sandals, and decided to just leave my hair alone, I looked at my phone and realized that it's eleven thirty and the appointment is at twelve and I still need to pack so I grabbed my purple suitcase and put in several bikinis, shorts, crop tops, jeans, pajamas, underwear and bras and a couple long sleeves because you never know if it'll rain. Once my purple suitcase was full I grabbed my pink duffel bag and put my hair and makeup stuff inside and when I looked at my phone I realized it was eleven fifty.

Nick: (yells from upstairs) Clare Marie Jonas you better be almost done!!
Clare: yeah it'll be right down!
Clare's pov
I double checked the bags once more just to kill time and walked downstairs to see everyone was sitting at the table eating breakfast.

Alena: finally your down here, now can you tell us mom!
Clare: wait is this the house announcement!
Tina: yeah and we've been waiting forever to hear it
(Kevin and Danielle look at each other and then look at the family)
Kevin: alright so after talking with your mom and also getting opinions from you guys we decided that the best house to raise our family and start this next chapter is...
Danielle: house number 2!!
Clare: yes I knew it!!
Alena: that house was perfect
Joe: congrats you guys when do you sign the paper and get the keys?
Kevin: right now actually so we got to go meet the realtor
Alena: alright
Joe: okay your girls done eating so we can get to the airport?
Tina: yeah
Nick: alright say bye to your cousin you'll see her in a week
Alena: oh that's right your going to Brazil with Justin and Selena
Clare: yeah but I love you guys (hugs Alena and Tina)
Tina: bye have fun be careful and call us
Clare: I will
Demi: alright if we want to make this appointment we got to go now like right now we'll get you something to eat after
Clare: wait so your actually letting me skip breakfast
Nick: no i made you bagel with a banana eat it in the car (hands it to her)
Clare: ugh okay bye guys
Clare's pov
I gave everyone a hug and then got in the car with dad and Demi and looked at my phone so see it had just turned twelve and the therapist is a twenty minute drive away so technically I am already missing this appointment.

Clare: you know it's already twelve I don't see the point in going
Demi: nice try but we are going
Clare: what if it's a waste of gas?
Nick: it won't be (starts driving)
(Clare's sitting in the backseat when her phone starts ringing and it's Selena calling so she answers)

Clare: hey mama
Selena: hey babe I was just calling to tell you Justin and I are running like ten minutes late but we'll be there
Clare: it's okay because we are running late to in fact you guys might get there before us
Selena: how late are you guys?
Clare: like twenty minutes away...
Selena: ugh okay well I'll see you there
Clare: okay

Clare's POV
By the time we got to the therapist office it was going to be twelve thirty so I have already missed half the appointment which i guess is better then nothing. Dad parked the car just as mom and Justin were pulling into the parking lot so we waited for them to get out of the car and then we all walked into the dreaded building together.

Nick: last minute appointment for Clare Jonas (tells the receptionist)
Receptionist: ah yes Kelly's been waiting for you but I do need to let you know she has another appointment at one so this session will only be thirty minutes
Selena: it's better then nothing
Receptionist: okay just have a seat and Kelly will call you in
Justin: thank you
(They sit down on the chairs)
Clare: still think this wasn't a waste of gas?
Nick: you hush I am starting to think you did this on purpose
Clare: oh come on I know I am bad but I am not that bad
(Then Kelly opens the door and calls Clare into the room)
Kelly: how are you today Clare?
Clare: fine how are you?
Kelly: I am good thanks for asking, so I heard that you had a panic attack yesterday do you want to talk about it?
Clare: not really
Kelly: Clare I can't help you if you don't let me and this is our third session I was hoping we could start making progress
Clare: sorry to disappoint
Kelly: your stubborn have you noticed that?
Clare: yes it's one of my many qualities did you know I also speak the languages of sarcasm it drives my parents nuts
Kelly: I am sure it does, so tell me are you enjoying your summer vacation?
Clare: yeah I am going to Brazil with my mom and Justin tomorrow
Kelly: that's cool, are you excited to spend time with them?
Clare: yeah and this is the first time I am going to Brazil which is exciting
Kelly: are you nervous about anything? Any anxiety that could happen?
Clare: I don't know... I mean I know my anxiety got the best of me at the carpet but that's never happened before so I don't think it will happen again
Kelly: do you want to tell me why you think it happened?
Clare: no
Kelly: what about your eating? Any triggers lately?
Clare: no
Kelly: that's good i am glad to hear that
(Clare just shrugs her shoulders)
Kelly: how about your boyfriend, how are things with him?
Clare: how do you know about him?
Kelly: you do know the two of you are all over the tabloids right?
Clare: yeah I guess
Kelly: relationships are hard when your young in general so I can't imagine having it shown in the public eye
Clare: I don't know what you want me to say I really don't want to talk about my relationship and shouldn't you be asking me about the panic attack isn't that the reason we are here right now
Kelly: do you want to talk about the panic attack?
Clare: no
Kelly: then why would I push you?
Clare: isn't that what a therapist does? Pushes their patients to talk your not doing a very good job
Kelly: really? Because I think this is the most we've talked in the total amounts of times I have seen you and our time is officially up but I think we made progress today
Clare: that's it? Thirty minutes have passed
Kelly: it's crazy how time flies when your actually having a conversation
Clare's POV
I didn't reply to her after she said that because I knew she was right and I didn't want her to be right. She opened the door and let my dad, demi, mom and Justin in the room and told her that today was the first time we made progress in talking, I wanted to disagree with her because we talked about pointless things it shouldn't count as "progress" but hey she's the one that calls herself a doctor so what do I know. A few minutes later we said bye to Kelly and walked out the door I gave dad and Demi a hug because I wasn't going to see them until after Brazil.

Nick: I love you munchkin call me if you need anything okay?
Demi: me too, especially if you feel triggered
Clare: I will love you guys (hugs them)
Justin: alright let's get going my dad just texted me saying they are an hour away from the house
Clare: okay
Clare's pov
Mom and Justin said their goodbyes and we got in the car and started driving to the house.

Selena: so Justin and I were talking and since you did good with Kelly today we were thinking if you want to invite Ricky to come to the barbecue you can
Justin: yeah I think it's our turn to get to know him
Clare: yeah I'll text him (pulls out her phone)
Clare's pov
I texted Ricky asking him if he wanted to come and then I checked the group chat which has also been silent.. it's been silent for a few days now actually but whatever I brushed it off and put the phone in my purse while Justin blasted the radio station until we got to the house. We got out of the car and I walked up to my room which I haven't been in, in months so it doesn't feel like my room anymore. I placed my suitcase down and my duffel bag on my nightstand and sat on my canopy bed and turned the tv when a video popped up on my feed from hunter Rowland's channel... why does that name sound familiar? Oh he's one that did magcon with Cameron! I used to love him and his brother so I clicked on the video which turned out to be part 1 and part 2 was on Brandon's channel and can I just say both videos were absolutely heartbreaking. I remember watching their younows and following them on social media and then they disappeared from the face of the earth and I never would have guessed it was because they got emancipated because their mom was a mess. After the videos I decided to follow them again but since I have no social media on my phone, I grabbed my laptop instead and logged onto my instagram for the first time in weeks and i followed both hunter and Brandon and can I just say Brandon was literally the definition of a glow up 😍😍. After some more stalking on both accounts mom called me downstairs because Jeremy and the kids were here, so I put the laptop away and walked downstairs.

Jeremy: it's good to see you again Selena (hugs her)
Selena: you too Jeremy
Jazzy: Selena!! (Runs and hugs her)
Selena: hey cutie
Justin: what? No love for your big bro?
(Jazmine and Jaxon hug them both)
Clare: hey guys long time no see
Jeremy: hey Clare I'd like you to meet my wife Chelsea, Allie and Bay
Chelsea: hi sweetie it's so nice to finally meet you (hugs her)
Clare: nice to meet you too, (walks over to Allie) If you ever need girl advice come to me
Allie: haha I'll keep that in mind
Jaxon: can we go in the pool!
Justin: yeah of course go change
Kids: yay!!!
Clare: (looks at bay) can I hold her?
Chelsea: of course (hands Bay to Clare)
Clare: (coos) hi Bay I am your cousin, your such a cutie
Justin: let me hold my baby sis while you go and change?
Clare: okay (hands Bay to Justin)
Clare's pov
I walked back upstairs and put on a white polka dot bikini and walked downstairs to see everyone was in the backyard, in their bathing suits and Justin and Jeremy were by the grill. I checked my phone to see if Ricky ever texted me back but he didn't and I was still on delivered, I sighed but walked over to jazzy and Allie.
Clare: so jazzy how old are you now?
Jazzy: Allie and I are both eleven
Clare: that's cool so you guys are practically twins?
Allie: yeah and like best friends
Clare: are you guys in middle school yet?
Jazzy: yeah
Clare: how do you like it?
Jazzy: it's okay, it's just hard because everyone knows I am Justin's little sister
Clare: yeah I know how it feels
(With Selena and Chelsea)
Chelsea: so how was going back on tour?
Selena: it was so much fun, we are just on break for two weeks and then it's back on the road
(Selena starts playing with bay and Justin walks over to her)
Chelsea: you guys would make such cute babies when you have them
(Selena and Justin look at each other and smile)
Justin: right now we are on tour but eventually we want to have one
Chelsea: how are you guys doing with Clare? When Jeremy and I heard what happened we were so worried
Selena: yeah it was really scary but I think she's doing a lot better thank god
(Jeremy walks over to them)
Jeremy: burgers are ready
Justin: awesome
Clare's pov
We got out of the pool and I decided to eat and ignore the voices telling me how many calories this is but because Jeremy's family is here I didn't want to cause a scene so I just ate a burger with a little bit of fries and after we ate we spent the rest of the day in and out of the pool and night we watched a movie and then we said bye to Jeremy and the family. Ricky never texted me back but I am trying not to be the jealous girlfriend it just sucks because I won't be able to see him until I get back, but space is good I guess.

Selena: Clare are you still sleeping with nick and Demi?
Clare: yeah why... please don't make me sleep with you guys I haven't done that since I was six
Justin: sorry Clare but if nick still doesn't trust you to be by yourself then we are going to follow that, go put your pajamas and meet us us in the room
Clare: ugh fineee (gets off the couch)
Clare's pov
I walked into my room and grabbed one of the pajamas I have here so I don't have to open up the suitcase. Once I was dressed I went into mom and Justin's room and curled under the covers in the middle of them. Normally we would turn the tv on and fall asleep but we have an early flight tomorrow so we just went to sleep.

Authors note: hey guys I am so so sorry I know I said I was back and then I took another break but this time I promise I am back, I got back into town and then I got sick and I got writer's block for a little bit.
