Back to war, we go

You at first kissed back, not understanding what was happening. After a solid 10 seconds, you pushed yourself away from him, with a confused and shocked expression on your face. In one swift movement he had wrapped his arms around your waist and pulled you down next to him on the bed. You were about to say something, but he cut you off. "Ya know
Y/N, you should stop  letting people kick you. Isn't that how i won our first battle? I kicked you off me, then choked you."

You were laying there, still wide eyed, just looking at him. You were trying to process what just happened. Ryodari saw this confused
expression on your face, and took advantage of you letting your guard down, by springing himself ontop of you. He used his hands to grip your wrists and held them down against the bed, then he proceeded to kiss you softly. This time it lasted for a minute. You didn't know how to respond to what was happening. Even if you didnt want this, Ryodari made it to where you couldn't move away.

When he finally pulled away, he plopped down next to you, with a satisfied smile, and laughed. "Oh y/n, you should see how bright your
cheeks are!" You sat up, since he wasn't holding you down anymore, and
you were able to say something. You tried to sound intimidating, but ended up stuttering. "W-w-what are y-you d-doing?"
He giggled at you, then proceeded to say, "Oh, youre talking about the kiss, huh? I guess i should explain." He took a deep breath, and looked down. "Well ya see, when we first
met, i knew there was something special about you... i could tell you were strong, and that intrigued me. No matter what, i was determined to understand where this strength came from... And to my surprise, i
was to be your new partner. This worked out better for me than i had planned. After spending some time together, i quickly developed feelings for you." His smile grew wider, as he continued on. "Ive also
noticed other people have taken an interest in you, so i decided to make you mine before anyone else has a chance." You were wide eyed, and completely shocked at his explanation. He was about to pull you back down next to him, but stopped when the nurse came in and told you,"If you and your partner are in fighting
condition, you are to report to the battle field immediately." The nurse continued to explain that the enemy was dropping off even more
troops onto our ship.

You both nodded. Ryodari smiled, then got out of bed to secure his weapons on his belt. He put on his silver coat that he always wore,
while humming quietly to himself. You got up rather quickly, and grabbed your sword. You walked, (more like ran-), out towards the
fight. You were trying to avoid talking to Ryodari, especially after what he just confessed. "So i decided to make you mine before anyone else has a chance."
You kept repeating those words in your head, unsure if he actually meant them or not. You couldn't tell if you felt the same, for, you
had mixed emotions about it. You also kept in mind of when he saved you from being killed. You can't remember him ever cursing, or
sounding so serious... Especially being serious about protecting someone. You started blushing as you recalled the memory. You were so distracted in your thoughts that you didnt hear the footsteps quickly approaching.

Before you knew it, Ryodari jumped on you, with a slight frown. "Y/n!~
Why didnt you wait for me? I had to run all this way just to catch up with you"
