(Y/N) POV: I want to be a hero. Always have since I could remember. I did excellent in the Entrance Exams and made it to class 1A. My mother was so proud of me. My quirk is water, I can create water from my sweat that is made out of hydrogen and oxygen. But if I use to much at once, I get dry skin and dehydrate. I soon come to find out that a boy in my class has a similar quirk, but instead his sweat is made out of nitroglycerin to create explosions. I sometimes regret meeting that boy. I thought that we would be great friends, since we kind of have a similar quirk. But that was not the case. He's a crazy, angry, rude, egotistical person. He says how "We may have similar quirks but that doesn't mean I'm stronger than him" or "Don't think your stronger than me you extra, because your not, and never will be". What hurts the most is... I love him. I can't help it, trust me I wish I could throw those feeling away and burn them inside of a dumpster. It's just his strong body, handsome face, perfect hair, and crazy personality make me fall for him even harder every time I see him. It's obvious though that he doesn't like me, I don't think that he likes anyone, but if he did like a girl it sure wouldn't be me. Anyways, today in class we were assigned someone to battle with and whoever is pined down for five seconds or faints first loses. I was going against Mina Ashido. She doesn't seem like that challenging to defeat, I could easily weaken her and her acid with my water. But I shouldn't over look her, who knows what moves she could pull. She's kinda... energetic I would feel is the nicest word to describe her. Bakugou was going against Iida first, then it was my match after. They're both strong so this will be interesting. As everyone goes to the bleachers to get ready to observe the match, I notice Bakugou trash talking Iida. Ugh, classic Bakugou... I slightly smiled and daydreamed to myself when all of the something someone screams in my ear interrupting my thoughts... "(Y/N)!!" I almost fall until I feel something grab me and lift me up. "Watch out you idiot and be more careful..." I shrug it off at first until I realize who just said that, Bakugou. "UmmMmmMm r-right sor-ry!" He just glares at me then walks down to the field. I sigh, at least I didn't say something stupid. "Does someone have a crush?!?!" Mina asks me, wiggling her eyebrows up and down. I start blushing, bad. "N-NO ABSOLUTELY NOT-T!" She giggles, "Sure (Y/N), I mean I don't blame you. He is a hottie with an attitude, who wouldn't like that?" I freeze, slightly annoyed at her little remark. "R-right" I say glaring at her. "Well what I wanted to say earlier before you fell into Bakugou's arms is that good luck with our match, try your hardest, and no hard feelings!" She grins at me and holds her hand out. "Definitely, you too Mina" I smile back and shake her hand. Suddenly a whistle goes off signalling that the match is about to start. "Here we go!" I hear Mina exclaim. I look over and see Midoriya with his notebook out, getting ready to take notes. Huh, I wonder if he has notes of me and my quirk... I suddenly see Bakugou flaring up his explosions and Iida powering up his speed generators. BRRRRRRRRR The match has started.
