This is farewell
I loved MLP for so long, and I'm finally ready to let it go
I'm not enthusiastic with the series anymore, even tho season 9 is running right now (I'm still gonna watch it till the end I'm just not as excited)
So yeah
And no I'm never gonna forget Iris Blaze (at least I hope I don't...)
What this basically means is I'm gonna draw MLP related content a LOT less. So sorry if you enjoyed that, but it's gonna be gone now :/

So this is a collab with one of my friends irl (she's on Insta @tinaxx give her a follow also follow me @sweggyllamaqueen XD I post art there there's more over there than here tbh I added a sneak peek to the new Sonaze book there :3)
Anyway, she drew the line art (her OC and Ezria (human for some reason but ok)) and I colored, blended, and did the background :)

So some context
My friend and I were thinking of a story involving the Smash universe
And so I thought

It's yet another body swap :))))))
YAYYY
I counted the number of body swap stories and thb there aren't as many as I thought
WELL MIGHT AS WELL MAKE ANOTHER ONE AM I RIGHT?! xD
So yeah
Try to guess who swaps with who and I'll tell you if you're correct!!
I'll give you a hint about each swap:
- one swap is completely unexpected and unrelated
- another one is a gender swap (yeah no kidding ZSS is the only girl)
- another is the two top franchises of the company (sounds pretty easy, right?)
- and the last one is a swap of two characters super close to my heart
There you go :))
I feel like the last two I gave you are super easy but that's it :)

SOME MORE CONTEXT!
So the same friend and I were thinking of another au (I don't think this one's gonna be a book tho, it's just too plain)
So basically it's the Smash characters in a real world setting, what they'd look like if they lived in our time on earth
So I designed Link! There's my boy!!
(I'll be honest the face looks a bit wonky but ey do you guys have any idea how long that blending took)
Anyway, I think I'm getting better at blending in general. I just needa get the hang of shading clothes, the face, and hair better.
BUT ANYWAY HERE'S THE FINAL ONE FOR TODAY AND HOLY SHIT I'M PROUD OF IT

The hair here omgggg that's good for my art others can do it better but for my art by itself this is godly
I know there are points to improve on— the wristbands and the shorts weren't my strongest area
But the face, the hair, and the shirt make me so happy. It makes me want to improve and it makes me determined.

Looking back at my very first piece of digital work, I've come a long way, and this chapter is just the proof. This is the second era of my art! Buckle up everyone on my journey to improve my art even further! Thanks for reading and I hope you accompany me all the way until I feel it's time for s third era!

*guys here's a little note
I don't update every time I make a new piece of art
I update a bunch at once, some traditional some digital
On Instagram, however, I post as soon as I finish a piece of digital art so if I wanna go see that u can go support me (it's the same as my Wattpad username)
The only downside to Insta is that I don't really post my traditional art on there. I might once in a while, but it's really sticking to digital. I hope it doesn't disappoint you ;-;
So because of the "me updating a bunch at once" the updates in this book will be really slow, because 1) I don't have much time to draw anyway 2) digital art especially takes a lot of time 3) I need ideas for art I have an artist block a lot
However this does mean that during the summer I'll have much more time to draw (and it's fast approaching!!)
During this time, I'll also post the Sonaze story I've been working on (I'm halfway through editing mistakes and halfway through chapter art) so look out for that too!!
(I drew the cover for it already but I ain't showing you guys yet :3)
