Mike Proverb:

When I entered the bus, she had already taken the window seat and was gazing at the scenery outside, showing no sign of wanting to look at me. I smiled and took the seat beside her, even though I knew she was angry with me. Nonetheless, she looked adorable.

Finally, we all reached our destination, "AEROBI." What an amazing place! I had visited here with my father once before, but it still felt incredibly refreshing and rejuvenating. This place had its unique aura and was steeped in mystery, with countless stories hidden beneath its surface. I always wondered how it could continue to captivate people, even if they had visited multiple times.

I got off the bus and took a deep breath, savouring the fresh air of this place with my eyes closed. Suddenly, someone grabbed me tightly from behind, and even before I turned around, my eyes met with Stella who was looking at me with an expression that seemed to suggest she had found some kind of disloyalty in me. She turned away and headed toward the hotel with Riana and our other classmates.

I was about to go towards her, but a feminine hand blocked my path. I recognized it without even looking – it was Jennifer's.

"Why did your bus arrive so late? The other section and our bus got here half an hour before your bus did!" She complained as if I had been driving our bus.

"I don't know, Jenny, and please stop doing this," I said, irritated by her actions.

"What did I do, Mike?! I just hugged you, nothing else. What has happened to you? You have totally changed like you never loved me ever," she lamented.

"Oh, stop, Jenny. Don't start that nonsense here, at least. God knows who was in love with whom, and things have changed. I forgave you, but I haven't forgotten. Our relationship is limited to friendship, and I respect that. Don't expect anything more. Please excuse me; I need to rest now. I'm totally tired," I confessed to her and started to leave the place, heading straight toward the hotel without looking back at her.

Stella proverb:

I was completely mesmerized by the beauty of Aerobi while travelling on the bus. I couldn't believe I hadn't been to such an amazing place before. It was filled with numerous monuments featuring fine architectural designs, created by some of the world's oldest and best architects who had dedicated their lives to bringing history to life.

I love history, and it always makes me feel alive to learn about things I've never seen.

Finally, we arrived in front of a large hotel with around twenty floors, boasting a rich, ancient exterior design.

I was completely out of my comfort zone, and this was the first time I had experienced such a positive and cheerful vibe in a different place, far from my parents. It made me hug Riana tightly with excitement.

"Thank you, Riana! I'm so excited. I don't know when I would have experienced such an incredible feeling that's bubbling in my stomach now!" I hugged and kissed her with excitement.

"Let me go, Stella. I can't breathe!" she yelled at me.

"By the way, you don't need to thank me!" Riana said with a wink and a smile.

"No, no way! I don't need to thank anyone else except you. Let's go inside the hotel; I'm so excited to see its interior after admiring its exterior!" I knew Riana was talking about Mike, and I also wanted to thank him. Still, his arrogant attitude came between us, and I didn't feel he deserved my gratitude. So, I tried to steer the conversation away from him.

But my eyes didn't cooperate with my ego; they casually searched for someone and found him, but what they saw was unexpected. Jennifer was holding Mike from behind!

Yes, I forgot someone has mastered the art of lying. I don't think they are just friends, but what was the need to lie to me? I was disgusted when I saw them together. Mike noticed me, but I quickly averted my gaze and walked towards the hotel with Riana, acting as if it didn't matter to me – and why would it?

Before we entered the hotel, two beautiful ladies in sarees were waiting at the entrance to welcome us with plates of colourful flowers. They applied sandalwood dots to our foreheads and sprinkled holy water on us. I was completely amazed by the beautiful and warm welcome, unlike any I had ever received before.

As I stepped into the hotel, I was completely awestruck by the interior design. The walls were adorned with various ancient images that directly reflected the past.

Among those images, one particularly caught my eye. It depicted a girl in a skirt and blouse sitting on a rock in a forest. A boy with half pants and a regular blue t-shirt was carefully attempting to remove a thin piece of metal that had pierced her foot. The girl's eyes looked at him adoringly, without any signs of pain. This image truly touched my heart.

It wasn't just me; everyone in the room was filled with joy, and "whoa" echoed throughout the entire hotel, despite the presence of others.

"Alright, guys, is everyone here?" Mr. Edmerd announced with his loud, commanding voice.

Everyone shouted in unison, "Yes!"

"I can understand. You all must be tired from the long journey from Veronas to Aerobi. Now, I'll assign the rooms. Take rest for today and get energized for tomorrow. Before I assign the rooms, I want to remind you about the rules. If anyone attempts to break the rules outlined in the document provided to you, you will be sent home immediately, and we will deduct points from your annual score as a consequence of your rule-breaking. So, be cautious," he concluded his announcement with a smirk.

Rules:

Do not separate from your partner when visiting any location.Do not venture anywhere without the school's authorization.Ensure you are back on the bus by 6 pm in the evening.Be present at 7 am every morning in front of the hotel. It is not allowed to leave your hotel room once you've reached it.Maintain discipline at all times.Any type of violence is unacceptable and strictly forbidden.

One room was assigned to two people. At least for me, it was a bit of a relief that Riana and I would be sharing the same room.

We all left the hall and went towards our rooms, guided by a beautiful lady.

After reaching our destination, Riana and I stood at the entrance to get a glimpse of our room. Inside, we found two medium-sized beds covered with neat white bedsheets. One side of the wall was painted in a light yellow hue, immaculate and devoid of dust, while the other side featured a beautiful floral design. Several portraits adorned the walls, adding a touch of class to the room.

In the corner of the room, there was a medium-sized fridge, and a 34-inch LED screen was mounted on the wall between both beds. The entire room exuded a delightful fragrance that was instantly enchanting. I couldn't help but wonder if I would have regretted not coming here in my life.

I silently expressed gratitude to Uncle William, who was Mike's father and one of the key reasons I found myself on this trip. I know someone's also fully responsible for it but, whatever he has done to me everything will not be equal even if he apologized to me more than 100 times or 1000!!

Once everyone had settled comfortably in their respective rooms, we received the call for dinner.
