leave me alone

i don't want growth

leave me be

i want to remain unhallowed

i don't want to be caught up in the latest trends

or talking to friends who don't even understand

my eyes are growing darker

people avoiding me, far and near

but i don't mind

because in this world, no one really matters

i'm sick of following others

just so that i will grow

for growth is so much brighter

if your heart beats much lighter

and if growth means

lying about your feelings

just so you won't be forgotten

i'm not here for it. i'd much rather stand alone.

okay i'm just frustrated and petty so don't take this seriously

i mean no harm or offense to anyone :'')
