Stand by you (zonah)

Zach never thought he would find someone to stick by his side... he never thought someone would love him... he never thought he would have someone to hold him at night... not untill he met Jonah... Not until the very first time there lips touch... not untill Jonah held him close as they stood in the park in the rain under a street lamp... No one could ever be more important to him than Jonah.. No one could mean more to him than Jonah... And no one understand him more than Jonah does... When hes crying and doesn't know why Jonah is always there with a blanket and lots of hugs.. when his feeling worthless Jonah always has something to say.. when he can't sleep Jonahs always there to rub his back or to just talk... Jonah never ever would leave Zachs side... On Zachs 18th birthday Jonah woke Zach up by singing Rachael Platten Stand by you.. Every since that day that was there song.. it was the song that warmed Zachs heart everytime his heard it... But one night and Zach sat on his bed with his knees in his chest and Jonahs hoodie on as he cried... He cried and cried and no one was there... not even Jonah was there.. the sounds of Stand by you played and Zach looked up st the ceiling... After everything Jonah did for Zach, Zach never realized there was something bothering Jonah... he never thought to ask because Jonah always had a smile planted on his face.. but underneath everything Jonah knew he couldn't be there for Zach.. He knew he loved Zach but he knew he would just end up hurting him... so one night he went on a drive and he never came back... The police found the car but no Jonah.. No trace of where he could have went... He left a broken Zach... Deep down inside he knew it was the wrong thing to do.. He stood on the edge of a huge cliff watching the sunset.. missing his Zach more than anything in the world when he heard the sounds of Stand by you playing in the city below him... He froze...  he didnt belong here... he didnt belong anywhere else but with Zach... All along that missing thing hes been looking for was right in front of him... So he turned around and caught the first bus home... and when he slipped his key in the door he knew he messed up..  there was stuff everywhere... and once again he heard stand by you playing on loop... Jonah went straight to the room and when he opened the door a sweet boy looked up.. His big brown eyes red and soaked with tears.. he cheeks raw and tissues everywhere... He stood up ... "Why... why did you leave me" He cried and Jonah scooped him up in his arms... "I thought I wasnt good enough for you... I thought I was missing something... but the whole time that thing was right in front of me and I just didnt let it in.." He set Zach down on the bed and dropped down to one knee.. "Zachary Dean Herron, your my missing peice..  your the happy ending to my fairytale... your the one I want to hold and kiss... your the one I want to spend the rest of my life with... I'm so sorry I hurt you but from this moment on I promise you I will never leave you ever again... I love you more than anything in this world and no one will ever change that... I'm always gonna stand by you no matter what... ok?" Jonah says and Zach nods.. and with that Jonah slips his hand under the bed and pulls out a little box.. "I've been planning this for awhile.. but Zach.. my Zach..  the love of my life..  the one person in my life who actully understands me... Will you stay with me for the rest of our lives and marry me" Jonah says and zach Judy sits there frozen.. and then he jumps up off the bed and walks out of the room... Jonah jumps up and follows him... they get to the kitchen and Zach lays his head on the counter... "I'm sorry if I messed this up" Jonah said and Zach turns around with tears in his eyes and a smile on his face... "Yes Jonah..  100 times yes" He says jumping into Jonahs arms... and as they stand there in the kitchen of there little apartment Jonah whispers... "I'm gonna stand by you.. even if we cant find heaven I'll walk through hell with you..  love your not alone... I'm gonna stand by you"
