10 : it's official

Pinikit ko ang mga mata ko para itago ang kahihiyan na ginawa ko.

I just confessed!

But it feels good that my mind can now be at ease. But this is really awkward. Like really, really awkward.

Walang may nagsasalita. Ang tahimik ng paligid.

I slowly opened my eyes and looked at him.

His expression was somehow unknown to me. He looks shocked but calm. His lips are parted but his eyes held no emotion at all.

"Y-Ya, Haruto. What's your response?"

"I like you, first." Nagulat ako sa bigla-biglaan niyang sinabi. "And now, you liked me back." Aniya sa kalmadong boses.

I stilled when he buried his head on my shoulder.

I could sense that he was smiling.

"Y-Ya! Relationships are a process—"

"Why do it tomorrow when we can do it today?" He said, cutting me off.

I was left dumbfounded. I was caught off guard. I wanted to be by his his side, that's what my heart says, but am I ready in this kind of commitment?

Tumikhim si Haruto dahilan para mapatingin ako sakanya.

I looked at him confusingly. Still confused of what am I going to answer.

"Y-Yes?"

He pouted.

"Is that a question or an answer?"

"Maybe?"

He pouted again, and he looks really cute.

"You're doing it again."

"Um—No, I'm not?"

"Be my girl and let's live in the moment." he said. "If something went wrong, let's fix it. If I did bad to you that would harm us in any way, tell me. If you've decided to break up with me then, I would accept it. But if those things wouldn't happen... Stay. And hold my hand tight." his words were sincere and it's pulling me in.
