(KH3 Spoilers) Luxu/Xigbar x Dandelion! Reader (Pt 4. Fluff)

This got way longer then I intended it to be.

Reader's P.O.V.

    "Why do I have to go on a mission with him?" I ask dumbfounded. Saix looks at me appropriately annoyed.
   "Because you have the best combioned skill set for this mission." I nod.
    "I don't doubt that but-" I trail off I've gone on several missions as its been about three weeks since I've joined, and I've gone on more then one mission with everyone. Except of course Saix, also obviously Xemnas, and funnily enough Xigbar. I know he goes on missions with people, but for some reason he skipped me. It kinda hurt, as funny as that sounds.
    "But, what number XV?" Saix is agitated by my mental wandering and my tongue goes numb.
    'Why did he have to be one of those people that are extremely hard to say what you think too!?' I sigh and shake my head.
   "I'm sorry Saix sir. I was just confused about the situation." He grunts and waves his hand.
   "Apology acknowledged. Now go fine Number II and tell him." I smile at him. Thankful he let me off the hook.
   'Go find Xigbar, got it.' Nodding happily I open a corrdior and skip through. I close it behind me and plop onto my bed.
   "I have no idea how to do that." I stare with my smile still on my face. Tempted to laugh at my own idiocy. I could have asked Saix, but I litterily just irritated him. I don't wanna know what happens when a man that intimidating goes beserk and gets even more scary!
    'Who can I ask for help?' Marluxia is off on a mission with Larxene. Demyx is hanging out in the grey room with Saix so that's a no. I don't think he'd know to begin with actually. Luxord is also in the Grey room, so no. I tap my foot anxiously.
    Zexion? No idea where he is.
    Lexy? Probably with Zexion where ever he is.
   Vexen? Also probably where ever those two are.
   Xaldin? Out on a mission, and would probably stab me for asking.
   Oh! I got it. I hop up and open a corridor and skip through. After exiting I pause. Turn slightly and bend my neck back.
   Two amber eyes slowly slide down to look at me.
   "Yes, Number XV?" I smile at him.
   "Xemnas? How do I find people?" He blinks at me once.
   "Elaborate your question number XV." I end up clasping my hands together and roll on my heels.
   "Saix told me who I have to go on a mission with today, but he also told me to go find him. I don't know how, and I'm too scared of Saix ripping me to shreds to ask him." My foot starts taping as I dance in place.
   "The same way you came to me Number XV." I bite my lip.
   "But I don't know where Xigbar hangs out if he isn't in the Grey room." Xemnas stares at me and seems to geuinly think about.
   "His room most likely." I nod. I figured as much.
   "I guessed, but I don't know where his room is." Xemnas rumbles and I assume it's a strange form of amusement.
   "You can command a corridor to bring to specific people as well as places." My jaw drops and I stare up at him.
   "The corridors can do that?!" I swear the end of his mouth quirked for a single moment.
   "Yes. They are fully capable of this. All it requires is you know the appearance of who you wish for the corridor to bring you to." I nod and absorb the precious information.
   "Thank you Xemnas!" He nods and waves me off.
   "Go now. It would be wisest if you got to your mission as soon as possible." I nod and open a corridor to my room. Speeding through and closing it behind me. Hopping in my room again. I breath and close my eyes. Similar to how Zexion had originally had me summon a corridor.
   I imagine the one eyed free shooter. His long bi-colored hair and single honey eye. His scar and close hugging coat. I open a corrdior and walk through. Opening my eyes I'm greeted by an identical room, but with one major difference.
   Lying on the bed with his legs crossed. Stretched out and shirtless in all his male glory is the very man I'm seeking. With only a towel and his hair soaked and let down. He turns his head and he looks at me before giving a wicked grin.
    "Hello Sundrop. Now this is a pretty suprise." I feel blush bloom across my face and down my neck. My tongue goes numb for the second time today, but now for a completely different reason. I spin on my heel and refuse to look at him.
    My hands shoot up to my face and cover it. I hear a roar of laughter burst out from behind me.
   "Why are you only in a towel!?" The laughter only gets louder.
   "Well Doll, You can probably guess, but I just wrapped up a shower." I hear movement behind me but refuse to turn around or uncover my eyes. I hear the rustle of fabric.
   "So you just lie there!? Are you trying to ruin your pillows?!" Why did I say that? Why do I care if he ruins his pillows. This bothers me far more then it has any right too. I hear him laugh again.
   "As if. Sundrop my hair doesn't look like it but it's dry. If we wanna talk about people doing inappropriate or bad things. Why don't we talk about how our little Chaste Phantom Thief is a little pervert." He teases and actually pokes me in the back.
    "I am not a pervert! It's bad timing!" He laughs again. He laughs a lot. It's actually really nice too hear something so expressive in this place, but I really wish it wasn't directed at me!
    "Really? Why are you just showing up in my room unannounced so late in the day then sweet heart?" I grumble and nearly buckle under the embarrassment.
   "Saix gave me a mission and said to find you because he's pairing us together, but I didn't know how so I went and asked Xemnas! I didn't mean to come so late in the day I swear!" My eyes burn and I feel like I'm going to cry from the embarrassment, but I can't of course. I don't have a heart to cry with, but these echoes of emotion are super realistic! How does Saix and Xemnas not let these control them even a little bit!? The world drops from under me and I realize my legs actually did buckle. Before I hit the floor though an arm catches me around the middle. I freeze at the breathing in my ear.
   "Hey now Doll. I know I'm hot but no need to fall for me." I can't tell if all my blood left my head or filled it.
   'HELP ME!!!' I mentally cry out and if summoned the room fills with a hissing noise.
  "JESUS!" Xigbar's arm and weight vanish as I feel a rush of air where he was. Uncovering my face I look at my savior.
  "No need to sick your attack dogs on me doll!" I throw my arms around the 'neck' of my thief nobody.
   "My savior!" I hear a sound I couldn't even begin to describe come from Xigbar.
   "Ow." I look over at the now. Mostly dressed free shooter. He scratching the back of his neck and not looking at me. I keep my eyes on his face when I realize he hasn't zipped his coat to cover his torso yet.
   Sensing my eyes he looks at me and i stick my tongue out at him. Still clinging to my elite nobody for safety. He purses his lips and gives me a pout.
  "Please zip up your coat the rest of the way." I look away from his until I hear the sound of the zipper. Finally looking back at him now that he's fully dressed. 
   "So can we go on the mission now?" He gives me a look I can't quite understand before sighing and rolling his neck. He summons a corridor and starts walking.
   "Yeah sure doll. Come on." Finally letting go of my hold on my nobody. I jump and give it a kiss on it's strange little hat.
  "Thank you."  Then I bolt after Xigbar. Exiting in the Grey room I see he's already chatting to Saix. Most likely to find out what the mission actually is.
   "Well you look a bit ruffled." I perk at the distinct accent. Looking at the couch I see Luxord.
   "Do I?" I look at my coat and try to notice if Xigbar had done anything sneaky while I wasn't looking.
   "Yes, quite. Though it isn't your coat. I reffared more to your hair and face little spade." He gestures to me.
   "Ya! Did you and Xigbar get freaky or what?" I summon my dagger and throw it at Demyx. The responding screech as my dagger impales itself right next to his throat is deafing.
   "No! He's a pervert that's what happened!" Luxord looks more curious and Demyx like he's going to piss himself.
   "Oh, our second in rank didn't harass you I hope."
   "As if! Our little thief here is the pervert." He calls from across the room.
   "YOU SHOULDN'T BE LYING AROUN NAKED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY!! YOU SHOULDN'T GRAB PEOPLE FROM BEHIND AND BREATH IN THEIR EAR EITHER YOU CREEPY BASTARD!!" I don't know why it suddenly angered me so much, or why I lashed out like that. This isn't how I usually am! What's going on?! I want to break down and cry out of sheer confusion and embarrassment.
    "My dear apologies little spade." I look over to Luxord who looks honestly shocked.
   "It's not like our second to be so crass. He usually doesn't cross boundaries like that."
   "Yeah no kidding. What's up with you Xiggy?" The only answer Demyx gets is a shot from Xigbar's weapon.
   "Don't call me that!" I pout and drag myself over to Saix.
   "Saixxx~" I beg and he gives me an icy glare. I drop my head knowing there is no chance of getting out of doing this mission with him. Saix opens a corridor and Xigbar saunters through. I mope and trudge after. Leaving the corridor we're in Twilight Town. I pout.
    'Man I would have loved this mission if it weren't for the sucky start!' The thought gives me pause and I look at the older man's back.
   "Xigbar?" He hums.
   "Yeah Sundrop?"
   "What is the mission by the way?" He looks over his shoulder at me.
    "Eliminate a large heartless." I perk up at that. I've never had one of these kinds of missions before. I usually do the collect stuff missions, recon, and kill allot of the same small heartless missions.
    "Wait isn't this kind of mission meant for Roxas or Xion? Isn't it bad to lose all those hearts?"
    "It's not that big of a blow. More and more heartless like it are showing up everyday. Plus this one is stopping us from doing anything productive in this world. So it's gotta go." I nod and he starts walking and I kinda just follow. He almost immidantly stops and looks at me again.
    "What are you doin doll?" I shrug.
    "Everyone usually just has me follow behind them and do what I'm told." He raises a brow.
    "Take this as your first lesson in doing your own thing then. We'll split up, find the heartless, and it'll be pretty easy to tell who found once it starts wrecking everything." I slowly nod and look down an ally way. I hesitate and look to ask Xigbar if he's sure, but he's already gone. Sighing I head down the ally. Until eventually I end up at a sorta dead end. Pausing I notice there's a hole in the wall behind some iron wire.
    'Sneaky.' I skip over and slip inside to find a cool hide out. The giant heartless isn't gonna be in here for sure, but this is still super cool! I wonder if Axel, Roxas, or Xion have found this little hidey hole. Considering they spend the most time in Twilight Town.
   "Hey! How did you find our Hide out!?" I jump and spin to find three kids glaring at me.
   "So this place is yours? Epic!" The chubby one kinda jumps. The girl leans forward and blonde kinda glares, but not as hard as before.
   "Wait. An adult thinks our hide out is cool?" I nod.
   "Well ya! A super secret base what sane person doesn't think that's cool!" I end up scratching my cheek with a hand on my hip.
    "Sorry for invading. I found it on accident when I was looking for something." The trio perk up at that.
    "Really? What were you looking for? Maybe we can help out." I raise my brows.
   "Wait you wanna help me?" The blonde speaks up.
   "Well yeah you seem cool. So why not." I smile
   "Thanks! I'm actually here to take care of umm. How to describe it. A giant black monster with a red and black vaugely heart shape symbol on it probably causing trouble?" The trio hum and then the blonde jumps.
    "Wait I think I know what your talking about!"
    "Really?" He nods
    "Yeah. A monster like that has been seen in the forest. At least that's what Seifer and his groupies said when they where running from there freaking out." I jump forward and hug the kid.
    "Oh thanks! Your a life saver. Probably litterily if I take out this monster before it hurts anyone." I let go and skip out with a wave goodbye. As I head down the ally I hear laughing behind and then running.
    "Woah! Woah! Wait we didn't get your name!" I pause and look over my shoulder.
    "Oh Sorry. I'm Y/n." The trio smile.
    "Well I'm Hayner." The blonde says. He points the girl.
   "This is Olette." The girl waves and I wave back.
   "And this big nerd is Pence."
   "Hey!" Pence crosses his arms and glares at Hayner. I laugh at their antics.
   "Well it's nice to meet you three, but I better go take care of that monster asap. Maybe we can hang out next time I'm around!" They wave me off as I sprint out of the ally way. Sprinting into town and towards the forest. Luckily I've been there before with Larxene. She was upset about it the entire time though.
   Once in the woods I focus hard, and summon my keyblade. With some serious difficulty. Just summoning it leaves me heaving and seeking energy.
   "Man I'm a crappy Keyblade user. How do Xion and Roxas do this so easily?" I can summon it and use it, but it's strangely difficult for me to do. My dagger summons much easier. Admittingly I don't even know why I have it, and unlike Roxas and Xion I don't have the light element either. I focus on my really wrong looking Keyblade. With black smoke and tendrils billowing out of it.
    It's like I'm Keyblade wielder, but a bad one or would corrupt be more accurate? My dagger isn't any better. Sighing I shake my head and head into the deeper part of the forest.
    I can wonder these things in my room where I'm alone and safe. Not outside when I can be jumped by a massive heartless. Wandering through woods it's hard to believe it's mid-day. The giant trees block out so much light. It's no wonder the kids ran into the heartless here. Its a death trap.
    'Guys I need your help.' Sure enough several of my elite nobodies show up.
    "Thanks guys. Just find the heartless and lead it to me if you can. Don't do anything to get yourselves hurt." Once the words come out of my mouth they're off. I know its silly because they don't need us to verbally command them, but it feels nice to speak to them.
    'Feelings' I've been having a lot of those today. Focus self! I tighten my grip on my keyblade and tense my body. Listening out and then I hear it. The rumble of a large heartless running. Probably after one of my nobodies.
    'So far from town, Xigbar won't be able to hear.' That's the last thought I can process as I leap back. The trees in front of me are mowed down by a large tusked mass. I watch as my poor nobody barely escapes into a tiny corridor. Getting into a battle stance I nearly flinch when the massive heartless turns it's sights on me.
   Four tusk and a large snout. It's a pig. The heartless is a giant monster pig. A very fast and powerful monster pig. That's fine.
   The heartless stomps the ground and fire erupts from the floor, and smog billows out of it's snout when it snorts.
   Oh it has fire too. This isn't gonna be good for my health any time soon. Especially since fire makes light. Negating all of my darkness element. Wonderful!
   The heartless roars and charges at me. I dodge to the side knowing I will never be able to jump over the massive beast. Back flipping out of the way. I focus magic into my hand. Focusing the magic as I watch it's attack pattern. I figured it would have at least a hard time stopping. Not in the slightest it does a quick turn with zero difficulty. Then charges right back at me. I dodge out of the way and cast water.
   'It didn't do anything!' Its charging through trees and tanking the water element like it was nothing. The next time it charges by I test its hide by striking it as I dodge and it passes me.
   My eyes widen in shock as my keyblade bounces off it with the sound of clashing metal.
  'ITS HIDE IS METAL?!' No wonder the magic didn't work. It's not even able to get to it. This. This is bad. Extreamly bad.
   I swallow down my panic and try to figure out how I can harm it. Bitting my lip pretty hard. The 'fight' is reduced to me dodging out of the way of the raging heartless.
   'I need some help.' out of the corner of my eye I see one of my nobodies appear, but it flees towards town. Most likely to get me the best help it can.  My limbs are growing tired and I'm trying my best, but nothing I do manages to harm it.
   I even tried to use my darkness to set a trap. Letting it charge at me as I pool darkness into the ground. Dodging last second and trying to get the darkness to violently spike up and impale it from underneath. It was successful into setting it off. But the darkness didn't manage to even get through the stomach.
    "Hey Sundrop. Looks like you need some help there." I'm heaving and do try to spot the Freeshooter. Suddenly the heartless roars and fire engulfs it. Charging forward again and I go to dodge, but as I do the fire engulfing the beast separates. Splitting into two identically sized charging beast. Covering three times the area, and my dodge isn't going to make it.
    Suddenly an arm is around my waist and the world rapidly changes.
   "Careful baby girl. You almost got toasted." My keyblade vanishes as I hiss.
   "Hey sweetheart what's wrong?" I blink rapidly and cough as black smog puffs out of my throat. Burning my throat badly. I close my eyes as they water.
   "That thing did a number on you." I try to groan in pain, but more smog just comes out.
   "It never hit me. But that smog is bad." I shake my head and cough hard.
   "Its never did that move before." Xigbar manuvers me to set me down.
   "I couldn't get through it's hide. I hit it and it just knocked me away. It's like it's made of metal."  Once he gets me down he waves me off.
    "Thanks for the update doll.  I'll take care of it now. You just hang out here. You've worn yourself out." He pats my head before disappearing. I hum close my eyes and pull my legs to my chest. Resting my head on my knees.
   Before coughing and just resting. Able to hear the battle roaring in the background.
  "Good luck Xigbar." I mumble as my conciousness fades out. God I'm exhausted.
