(Late) Halloween Special: Zexion x Gender Neutral! Reader x Vanitas

Reader's P.O.V.

   "You only want socialize, but I don't think we should. Spooky scary skeletons,"

   "What are you doing?" I yelp and jump. Throwing myself effectively across the hall and cling to the wall. Roxas and Xion are standing there looking confused. While Axel is grinning like a Cheshire cat.

    "Don't do that!" I whine and pout at the red head. He laughs and that only visibly confuses his two friends more.

    "You should be kinder to our Charmer of Shadows. This time of year is when they are at strongest." I peek and see its Zexion whose walking up to us. Accompanied by Xigbar of all people.

   "Our bookworm here has a point. This little charmer could probably match up with the big man himself right now."

   "Only for twelve hours." I comment and then hear shouts break out behind me. I turn just in time to get jumped by Roxas and Xion. Who are now clinging to my coat.

   "You could fight Xemnas!?" The look up at me with massive eyes.

   "Raw power wise. For the rest of today, yes, Y/n could match up to our Superior. Though if they sparred it would still be heavily in our Superior's favor." Zexion is smiling and pausing only a bit away.

   "That's so cool!" Xion cooes.

   "Ya," Roxas agrees but then pauses and gets confused looking back to me, "But why do you get so strong?"

   "My powers rely on a dark type of magic. Mainly shadows. I can boost my strength with raw negative magic and spirit magic. Today is a special holiday called Halloween. On Halloween the highest amount of raw negative magic and spirit magic is available to me. So I can get a lot stronger because of it."

   "Oooo~" I give a sheepish smile and jump when an arm is thrown over my shoulder. I frown at the person now beside me. Whose now wearing his signature grin.

   "Yup, but we were in fact looking for our one night wonder here because there's a big mission the boss has for them." Xigbar teases and starts guiding me away. I wave to the twilight trio as I'm led off. Zexion taking pace on the right of me.

   "Do you know what I'm going to be doing?" I question them both looking between them. Not sure as to which one is going to have the answer. Xigbar laughs at me and Zexion smiles.

  "You and I are going to be doing a special mission for the Superior. Though the exact details of I don't quite know. But i do know there is going to be a third person to join us." My eyes widen and I side glance to look at Xigbar. Who is already giving me a look like he knew that's exactly what I would do.

   "Sorry sweet heart, but its not actually me that's going to be joining your little threesome." I release a high pitched and undignified noise. Face flushing crimson at the innuendo. Xigbar breaks out into wicked laughter, and pats my shoulder where his hand is still resting. I try to flee his grip and put Zexion between us, but his grip won't falter and he's determined to drown me in embarrassment.

    "No, no, no, Your terrible. Your utterly Terrible. That was so terrible." I whine and frown still struggling in his grip. He finally releases me once he's has his laugh. I jump to Zexion's other side and cling to his arm. Zexion raises his free hand to pat my shoulder comfortably.
