Sprawled out across the silk sheets covering my soft king sized bed, thoughts keep me wide awake. Slipping out of the bed and onto my feet i make my way through the sheer curtains to the balcony. The pitch black sky littered with stars, while the full moon reflected on the ocean. The sight of my country never failed to lighten up my mood, but it also reminded me of all the hardships I went through to obtain it.
Sindria was only the stepping stone for my plans in the future and lately I've become too comfortable. My countries affairs are getting in the way of my future goals. I have much I wish to achieve and goals I need to accomplish in my lifetime, if only I had more time.....
My thoughts were cut to a stop when I notice a dark figure lying in a patch of flowers within the palace garden. Jumping over the ledge I summon Focalor's full body Djinn equip, flying towards the figure who happened to be the very reason for my lack of sleep.
"Well hello old friend," Merlin greeted as I floated above her.
"Master, I warn you to keep your guard up around that woman," Focalor's voice rang through my head.
"Sniffle Especially around your heart," Focalor cried.
"Guess he's still not over me," she sighed.
"You can hear him too?" I was shocked, I'm the only one that can hear my Djinn Equips speaking to me.
"Yes, thanks to this ring I made, I can hear spiritual forms. It can do a lot more than that though," she said, with her hand stretched out in front of her showing me her ruby encrusted ring.
"What did you do to Focalor to make him so upset?" I asked.
"Your title Lady Killer Of The Seven Seas is no where near as bad as mine," she smirked. "What brings you here tonight in such a glorious form?"
"Fate just keeps pulling us together," saying that made her bite her lip and look away. Merlin sits up as I float down to her feet, staring at me with a blank look. A few seconds past by as she sits motionless, eyes never leaving mine. Her snake like eyes although cold and strong, were in this moment soft and innocent. Standing to her feet, still not looking away from me, she reaches her hands out towards my face but hesitates and pauses her action. Unconsciously, I give her a warm smile and lean down closer towards her hands, inches away from her face.
Her hands cupped my cheeks and sent a chill down my spine due to how icy cold they were, but despite her coldness it felt oddly comforting, making me close my eyes as I basked in the feeling. Her thumbs gently swipe under my eyes tickling my eye lashes. Moving up to what I thought would be by hair I begin to lean in but am surprised when she rest her thumbs on my hair; but not the hair on my head.
"Wow, I've never experienced this before," I sweat dropped at her unexpected move to place her thumbs over my eyebrows. A nervous laugh leaves my mouth, embarrassed that I got the wrong idea.
"You're like a complete clone, but with eyebrows," she whispers. "Hey, wanna go on a little trip?"
Before I had the chance to reply she pulls me into a dark warp with her and in a blink of an eye I was standing in front of a moon lit ocean on a small secluded island.
"Where are we?" I asked, noticing the only man made thing on the island was an old rusty hut, near falling apart.
"I see you've noticed my lil beach house, mind the mess I haven't had a guest over in a while. Now that I think of it I haven't had anyone over," she lead me to her 'beach house'. I laughed, assuming she was joking but she turned around obviously pissed. "I'm not like you who just lets whom ever I find attractive back to my bed."
